L’endroit idéal pour séjourner à HoiAn
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel
(mon adolescent avait toujours droit à son petit déjeuner même s’il se levait après nous et que l’heure était dépassée 😊)

Perfect little hotel in beautiful Hoi An
Pros:

The location was great , just outside of the old town so nice and quiet but no time to walk in . There were free bikes available and a small swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were amazing , they couldn’t do enough for you and their English was excellent. The room we had was gorgeous, really roomy and even had a bath. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hou An, excellent value for money, we will be back. Jasmine even gave us a souvenir when we left ❤️

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing not to like . There isn’t a lift, this didn’t bother us and always someone on hand to help with luggage if required.

We will be going back to Hoi An again soon and will book our stay at De'Colore Villa.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at De'Colore Villa. A nice quiet location on the outskirts of town but close enough for walking into old town. Our room was comfortable, spacious and cozy. They served a great breakfast in the morning even if we woke up late. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable, very friendly and helpful. Especially when it came to booking our tours. Jasmine took very good care of us with recommendations and preparing us for the tours.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about our stay at De'Colore Villa. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations. Whenever we go to visit Hoi An in the future we will always choose to stay at De'Colore Villa.

Für ein kleines Hotel hätte ich mir mehr Freundlichkeit, Kommunikation und Gemütlichkeit gewünscht
Pros:

Das Omelett, der Saft, Obst, Tee waren lecker. Nationale Gerichte werden nicht vor Ort zubereitet. Sie werden vom Markt geholt. Das habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Kann ich also nicht beurteilen.
Zimmergestaltung schön.

Cons:

Nachdem ich Touren nicht über das Hotel gebucht habe, hat die Freundlichkeit (und die Kommunikation) abgenommen. Da ich um 7.30 Uhr bereits abgeholt werden sollte fragte ich nach, ob ich ausnahmsweise um 6.45 Uhr frühstücken könnte. Als Antwort bekam ich, dass sie um 7.00 Uhr anfangen zu arbeiten. Ich könnte aber eher runterkommen und einen Tee trinken und man würde dann schnell das Frühstück machen. Letztendlich hat es geklappt. Aber schade, dass alles so gelaufen ist. Ich war der einzige Gast im ganzen Hotel. Ich habe mich auf das Hotel gefreut, da die Zimmer so schön gestaltet sind. Meine Erwartungen an das Haus wurden aber leider nicht erfüllt.

Magnifique
Pros:

L'emplacement, proche du centre à pieds mais calme. La déco est magnifique, cela apporte une ambiance très chaleureuse. Le lit était incroyablement confortable. Jasmine était aux petits soins avec nous, d'ailleurs tout le personnel était charmant. Le petit déjeuner à la carte ne nous a jamais déçu (au contraire).

Cons:

La piscine était en panne à cause des inondations récentes, ce qui évidemment n'était pas de leur faute, donc nous comprenions tout à fait. Vraiment tout le reste était super !

My room was better than expected....very well maintained, beautifully appointed and everything worked well and was in good condition.

The staff were helpful, friendly and lovely.
