Fantastic place to stay in Hoi An. Very close to the old town - less than 5 minutes walk. Jasmine the host was fantastic

Would stay again!
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were neat and tidy with nice tile features and bath. Breakfast was great. Jasmine was an excellent host.

Cons:

The pool was a bit tricky for kids, but not a deal breaker. No lift, however staff carried luggage upstairs. Excellent location.

Simply wonderful
Pros:

The location is fantastic, walking distance (even with two small kids 4 and 2) to everything in the old town. The family room was spacious, with two enormous king beds and a lovely bath tub. The breakfast each morning was delicious and their recommendation of tailor and leather maker were superb. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Pros:

Amazing hotel! From the 1st minute we felt very welcome. Hotel is super beautiful with lots of colors. Personnel is amazing. So nice and friendly. They took so good care for us. I can highly recommend this hotel!

there is nothing I did not like. All was perfect. Will return for sure!

Pros:

Great location , about a 5 min walk from the start of "The Old Town". Restaurants, shops bars just outside the hotel.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and a good size and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

There were a few little items in the room that could easily be fixed by a handy man. All the rooms are up stairs, if you have mobility difficulties that may be a problem.

Would highly recommend this hotel, best value for money hotel on our months journey through Asia!
Pros:

Absolutely blew us away. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful and so big with a little balcony which was great. Breakfast was wonderful with great choices. There were free bikes to use which we took out for the day to explore the area outside of Hoi An. Fantastic value. Would highly recommend!!

We loved everything about this hotel.

Perfect little hotel in beautiful Hoi An
Pros:

The location was great , just outside of the old town so nice and quiet but no time to walk in . There were free bikes available and a small swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were amazing , they couldn’t do enough for you and their English was excellent. The room we had was gorgeous, really roomy and even had a bath. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hou An, excellent value for money, we will be back. Jasmine even gave us a souvenir when we left ❤️

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing not to like . There isn’t a lift, this didn’t bother us and always someone on hand to help with luggage if required.

We will be going back to Hoi An again soon and will book our stay at De'Colore Villa.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at De'Colore Villa. A nice quiet location on the outskirts of town but close enough for walking into old town. Our room was comfortable, spacious and cozy. They served a great breakfast in the morning even if we woke up late. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable, very friendly and helpful. Especially when it came to booking our tours. Jasmine took very good care of us with recommendations and preparing us for the tours.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about our stay at De'Colore Villa. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations. Whenever we go to visit Hoi An in the future we will always choose to stay at De'Colore Villa.

Für ein kleines Hotel hätte ich mir mehr Freundlichkeit, Kommunikation und Gemütlichkeit gewünscht
Pros:

Das Omelett, der Saft, Obst, Tee waren lecker. Nationale Gerichte werden nicht vor Ort zubereitet. Sie werden vom Markt geholt. Das habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Kann ich also nicht beurteilen.
Zimmergestaltung schön.

Cons:

Nachdem ich Touren nicht über das Hotel gebucht habe, hat die Freundlichkeit (und die Kommunikation) abgenommen. Da ich um 7.30 Uhr bereits abgeholt werden sollte fragte ich nach, ob ich ausnahmsweise um 6.45 Uhr frühstücken könnte. Als Antwort bekam ich, dass sie um 7.00 Uhr anfangen zu arbeiten. Ich könnte aber eher runterkommen und einen Tee trinken und man würde dann schnell das Frühstück machen. Letztendlich hat es geklappt. Aber schade, dass alles so gelaufen ist. Ich war der einzige Gast im ganzen Hotel. Ich habe mich auf das Hotel gefreut, da die Zimmer so schön gestaltet sind. Meine Erwartungen an das Haus wurden aber leider nicht erfüllt.
