Close to Old Town, charming room, but overpriced for what you get
Pros:

The room was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The hotel was quiet enough and located really close to the Old Town. I didn't use the pool, but it looked like a nice place to hang out. I very much enjoyed the bathtub in the room as well.

Cons:

For the price, I felt like the staff could have offered better service. They were kind, but I had to wait quite a while to check in, even though I had let them know when I would be there. The safe didn't work, and the door had a problem, so my first impression may have ruined the whole stay, to be honest.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits exceptionnelles. Le personnel de l'hôtel est au petit soin, les chambres sont magnifiques et les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et avec beaucoup de choix, tout est fait maison à la minute.
Le gros plus, des vélos gratuits pour se balader en ville et le fait de pouvoir tout réserver via l'hôtel (comme le spectacle Hoi an qu'on a eu beaucoup de mal à réserver en ligne par notre faute, nous nous sommes pris à la dernière minute).
Nous étions très tristes de partir, c'est le meilleur hôtel qu'on ait eu de tout notre séjour de 3 semaines.

The facilities are a bit run down. The room got cold and we couldn't adjust the a/c. There was only a thin sheet for a blanket.

Charming HOI AN ancient town.

Cons:

Lack of facilities. Bedroom dusty. Hot & cold water from the tap at the sink & shower are not functioning well. Be it, switching the lever to the right or left side . It certainly need maintenance .

De lokatie is goed. Je loop zo naar de oude stad. Het hotel heeft ook gratis fietsen te leen. Het ontbijt wordt op bestelling klaargemaakt, er is voldoende keuze. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. Voor de prijs die we betaalden is de kamer netjes en comfortabel. Het zwembad is heel klein, meer om even af te koelen maar niet om echt in te zwemmen

Cons:

In onze kamer aan de achterzijde was in de nacht en zeer vroege ochtend veel geluid te horen van kraaiende haan, kippen, blaffende hond en een aanhoudend storend geluid vanuit het dak of kamer naast ons van een electrische apparaat, (pomp?).
De douche is moeilijk op temperatuur te brengen en zeepplankje hing los.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were neat and tidy with nice tile features and bath. Breakfast was great. Jasmine was an excellent host.

Cons:

The pool was a bit tricky for kids, but not a deal breaker. No lift, however staff carried luggage upstairs. Excellent location.

Simply wonderful
Pros:

The location is fantastic, walking distance (even with two small kids 4 and 2) to everything in the old town. The family room was spacious, with two enormous king beds and a lovely bath tub. The breakfast each morning was delicious and their recommendation of tailor and leather maker were superb. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel! From the 1st minute we felt very welcome. Hotel is super beautiful with lots of colors. Personnel is amazing. So nice and friendly. They took so good care for us. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Great location , about a 5 min walk from the start of "The Old Town". Restaurants, shops bars just outside the hotel.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and a good size and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

There were a few little items in the room that could easily be fixed by a handy man. All the rooms are up stairs, if you have mobility difficulties that may be a problem.

Would highly recommend this hotel, best value for money hotel on our months journey through Asia!
Pros:

Absolutely blew us away. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful and so big with a little balcony which was great. Breakfast was wonderful with great choices. There were free bikes to use which we took out for the day to explore the area outside of Hoi An. Fantastic value. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect little hotel in beautiful Hoi An
Pros:

The location was great , just outside of the old town so nice and quiet but no time to walk in . There were free bikes available and a small swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were amazing , they couldn’t do enough for you and their English was excellent. The room we had was gorgeous, really roomy and even had a bath. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hou An, excellent value for money, we will be back. Jasmine even gave us a souvenir when we left ❤️

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing not to like . There isn’t a lift, this didn’t bother us and always someone on hand to help with luggage if required.
