Nice Location But Not Value For Money
Pros:

The staff are friendly, kind and willing to engage with me in English, which I appreciate.
Very convenient as it's close to the train station which is one stop away from Hiroshima Station. It's also close to a convenience store, a Gasto/Gusto (a franchise/family restaurant), a KFC and an Aeon Mall!
No curtains in the room but a very cool sun blocking shade. Made the room nice dark for nighttime.
The breakfast muffin was delicious...
The mug in the room was big and a normal-sized Western mug which I love!!

Cons:

At first I was confused where the entrance was as the sign says lounge area. But that's my mistake.
Entrance is very small. Breakfast is 100% not worth it to have it. The breakfast is only a selection of bread which you can bake in the lobby and then take to your room to eat. It's very lackluster and don't see how that can be included in a room price. There's also no way to regulate who takes so if you didn't pay for it you can probably still take it!
The room is on the small size but as this is a business hotel it's expected, but for the price it's not nice.
Why do hotel bathroom doors open towards the bedroom side and not the front door side? So many times I walk into the door to or from the bathroom, especially during the night when the lights are off.
The pillow was very firm. Hotels should have options I think, because of the amount we pay.
There was also a smoking area on my floor and I do not do well with the smell when I pass it, so for anyone else like that, specify a room on a floor that doesn't have a smoking area.
For a country that likes tea, they only offer one bag in your room. The free drinks in the lobby are all coffee-based drinks.
