No 24 hr reception ,,, staff not helpful
Pros:

Not much , I will not recommend this hotel. Staff not helpful. Terrible customer service

Cons:

We forgot our key in the room. It was after 10 pm and reception was closed . We were left to fend for ourselves.
The velador (night keeper) was not able to help us either.

Quiet section of town.

Cons:

Room was cold. The heater was a propane space heater, with no where to vent the exhaust. Very dangerous.

1. Staff was kind
2. 3 out of 4 rooms were great
3. Hotel gave us parking for 1 day after check out

Cons:

1. Hotel didnt have breakefast on time so we leave it wihout having it.
2. 1 out of 4 rooms was not good, it was old, extremly small and with not good heating system as the other 3.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with delightful quirky log cabin accommodation.
Very good breakfast.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel also organises tours and I would very highly recommend visiting Divisadero, ideally with Jesus as your guide.

Pros:

Hot water, comfortable beds and warm blankets.

Cons:

The service.
Rude word messages on the table because we didn't leave a tip. Here in Mexico you must leave tips everywhere. Incredible thar for maids we must leave a tip also.
Everytime we open the hot water, a lot of dirty-brown water left through sink.
