Pros:

Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad, sehr heisse Dusche. Freundliches Personal, Regenschirme gratis zur Verfügung. Gute Lage zu Fuss zum Markt, Fluss und Dragon Bridge.

Cons:

Leider stets muffiger Geruch im Bad trotz ganztägigem Lüften. Aktuell auch Bauarbeiten frühmorgens in der Nähe hörbar.

Pros:

The hotel was very inviting, with cool interior and lighting. The room was super cozy and comfortable with every necessity present. Toilet was big enough with all the toiletries. It was well worth the price. the staff were friendly. If I spend time in Da Nang, I'd stay here for sure.

La qualité de la chambre grande très propre tout en parfait état
Le personnel très très gentil et serviable
Hôtel très tranquille dans une petite rue
Situé dans la partie de la ville Vietnamienne, et aussi proche du fleuve, la partie touristique (plage) étant de l’autre coté du fleuve

Chỗ ở tốt với giá tiền đó.
Pros:

Mình thuê 2 phòng. 1 phòng to rất ổn, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ nhưng phòng còn lại hơi bé, bất tiện. Nhân viên tuyệt vời,không có điểm chê.

Cons:

Không có thang máy,phải đi bộ lên lầu cao. Nhưng các bạn nhân viên đã hỗ trợ bê đồ lên.

安くてキレイ　立地も良い
到着が8時頃でレセプションは開いてませんでしたが、事前にメールがあり入口の番号教えてくれました。寝るだけでしたが街歩きにも便利で良かったです。

Cons:

お湯はでますがたまにぬるくなります。水圧は問題なしです!

Le personnel est très réactif et super gentil. J'ai même eu le droit à un présent pour Noël.

La chambre est impeccable ! C'était très agréable de passer ces quelques jours ici

Petit bémol sur la cuisine, un peu compliqué de l'utiliser

Room is very nice, the balcony needs some love
Pros:

Nice modern room very quiet and comfortable.

The property was advertised to have a balcony, it did but it was bits of broken wood no chairs and very dirty.
