Mấy em quầy tiếp tân em nào nói chuyện cũng dễ thương. Vị trí cũng OK
1. Cách âm tệ. Rất ồn. Nhất là các phòng khác mỗi khi về đến phòng cười nói rất là ồn nhất là các phòng có trẻ nhỏ.
2. Khách yêu cầu dọn dẹp phòng chỉ là quét dọn chứ không thay áo gối, áo bọc chăn, drap giường (mình thấy vì ở lại nhiều đêm nên thay mới cho sạch sẽ ngủ cũng ngon)
3. TV trong phòng như chỉ để trưng phải báo tiếp tân không bấm được mới có nv đến chỉnh gì đó mới chọn kênh xem được ngày sau vẫn trở lại như cũ nên các ngày còn lại gđ mình không sử dụng tới TV luôn.
The room was big and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was good
The room smells of molds. The were no other room that was the same size and had no molds. Only smaller one.
They put oil diffuser but it was not enough.
There were not many tourists so the breakfast had no buffet and there were not many options

Al inicio nos dieron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado siendo mucho más pequeña. La habitación que finalmente era la nuestra no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Tenía una ventana minúscula que daba a un patio interior con una pared a unos 50 cm, olía muchísimo a humedad por la falta de ventilación. Además se escuchaba absolutamente todo los ruidos de las personas de al lado. Por otro lado, se supone que era un desayuno buffet y nos dicen que tenemos que escoger el día anterior entre algunos platos. La ubicación pilla un poco lejos de los puntos de interés principal. Sin duda un sitio muy decepcionante. No lo escojas.

Nice staffs. Excellent location. Many restaurants around with locals. Da Lat Market is within 30 mins walk. Clean towels. Have AC if you prefer.
No soundproof at all. You will hear people walking by your room even the sounds of someone click by elevator. Drain in bathroom is not working properly. Very slow. WiFi is absolutely not working when you are in the room. Weak signal.
There's still have tea in the kettle , hairs on the floors
Room is really noisy at mid night (from 10:30 pm - 1:30am) just because another group was check in and receptionist can not do anything to down there voices.
I'm sick and I even can not sleep during my stay.
Bad experienced!
We booked this hotel last minute during holiday weekend because could not find anything else and pictures looked good. Booked two rooms so we could split with our daughters This hotel stinks and has cockroaches. Our next door neighbors were smoking in the aisle and in their room, even though non-smoking hotel policy and hotel staff did not help do anything to help. Not soundproof at all. Breakfast buffet without AC and flies on the food. Could not eat breakfast at all.

Hotel is clean. Location not too far from the Da Lat center. Aircon preferred.
So far this is the Hotel room with good lighting. Much appreciated when I need to read. Towel very clean. Room very clean.
No tissue paper in the room. Only toilet rolls fixed in the toilet. If it happens that the guest accidentally spill coffee or any liquid on the table, the guest can wiped it if tissue provided. Even the hotel restaurant also provides tissue miserably. I just don't understand why?
Floor towels not clean. The reception staff should speak better English. Hard to communicate.
