Room was clean. Breakfast which was included was very good. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent.
The decor on entering is really nice. It was quiet and opulent and actually impressive.
The bar was lovely with wood moulding etc and the breakfast was fine
The rooms seem to be an afterthought. Small, Outdated furniture and decor, ripped wallpaper, old doors , outdated bathroom.
Paper thin walls so everything on the corridor is heard.
Set alarm for 9 but need not have bothered as a cleaner decided to wake us at 8 by clinking glasses, brushing against skirtings and hoovering in the room opposite.
Why? Why? Why? If the room was empty, there would be no need to clean it at that time and it would have been too early for someone to have left.
The ladies in another room were also forced out into the corridor to see what in the hell was going on.
I'd just come from a trip around Ireland and stayed in amazing hotels in Donegal, Mayo and Galway
This place was more expensive than any of the others and the least impressive by a long way.
I could accept being woken by revellers but not by staff
I left my email address with the lady at reception who said the manager would be in touch. As expected no one has reached out. Avoid
The property felt homily
No relaxing lounge area, diners were taking up the lounge.
Sitting areas outside the lounge were cold because of outside doors.
Work trip. Facilities excellent

Dinner was lovely.
The dinner finishes early at 8.30. Breakfast was lovely but served on the bar which is a bit strange.
Lunch timing q bit short
Dinner was delicious. Staff were very friendly.
Lunch was a bit disappointing. Chips were cold. Staff member was hoovering while we were still in the bar/ lounge area last night. Needs a bit of paint and TLC in the lounge bar restaurant area
Comfort
Nothing. It was great.
