Resortti oli hyvin rauhallinen, joka sopi meille hyvin. Vieraita taisi olla meidän loman aikana vain maksimissaan 20 henkeä mikä tuntui aluksi oudolta mutta kun tilanteeseen tottui, niin vaikutti että se on normaalia. Meillä oli aluksi majoitus resortin villassa mutta tämä kyseinen villa oli melko huonossa sijainnissa, joten se ei valitettavasti ollut meille sopiva. Henkilökunta ymmärsi tilanteemme ja saimmekin vaihdettua majoituksen huoneeseen, joka oli sitten aivan loistava meille; hyvä sijainti ja hiljainen. Henkilökunta oli koko meidän majoituksen aikana todella ystävällistä ja avuliaita, 10+. Aamupala oli myös hyvä ja riittävä, noin klo 6-9 aamulla. Huoneet siivottiin joka aamupäivä ja yleisestikin resortin siisteys oli todella hyvällä tasolla.
Meidän aluksi varaama villa ei ollut meitä tyydyttävässä sijainnissa, joten jouduimme vaihtamaan huoneeseen mutta se sopi meille ja henkilökunta oli todella ymmärtäväisiä tähän vaihtoon.

Villa confortable, vue sur mer, très bien situé, proche centre ville. Très bon salon de massage en haut de la rue lé Duàn à droite. Bon restaurant "infiniti", pizza top. Service de navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Séjour très agréable sur une île très reposante pour quelques jours.
Un petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner que j'ai trouvé très insuffisant lorsque l'on ne choisit pas le petit déjeuner vietnamien. Dommage par rapport au reste ...v

Great location opposite beach/sea. Chose the property due to the swimming pool as we needed to relax by the pool and swim. Helpful friendly staff with a lovely careful driver returning us to the airport.
Chose the property for the swimming pool and unfortunately when we arrived and went straight to the pool, it was closed for that day and the next. Such a disappointment, as only there for one night…but everything else was excellent.
The Villa with a sea view was nice and roomy, and was very clean. Room service brought small bottles of water and fresh fruits every day. The villa was about 100 meters from the breakfast restaurant and the pool. It was close to the sea, but there is a road in between - not a lot of traffic though. The hotel is close to the centre, with lots of restaurants and markets around.
The staff were nice and polite. Luckily we didn't have any serious issues, as I would guess it might've been difficult to make them understand - their English is not very good. Which is understandable for a small island like this.
There were some news and information blasted out from loudspeakers during the day, starting at 6am - not by the hotel though, but by the counci, I guess. A bit too early to be woken up on holiday...
Even though the room was nice, it could've been kept a bit better. The wardrobe doors were falling out, it was impossible to use it. The safe didn't work, and the instructions for it were for a different kind of safe. There was a "control system" on one of the nightstands, which included an alarm clock - it's impossible to understand how it works. The first night it woke us up at midnight, and the next day when we were trying to switch the alarm off, we couldn't. I managed to change the alarm to midday instead, and I guess it was alarming the whole day if we were not in. No sockets near the bed. Also, be aware of their laundry pricing - shocking! They easily charge 25K per 1 ITEM, when you get your washing done for 40K per kilo in town! There's a pricing list in the room.
The pool - we only went in once. It could be cleaned better. You can see green slime growing on the walls at the bottom. The water was also freezing cold (in January).
The biggest disappointment for us was the breakfast. We like oriental breakfasts, but this was dry and tasteless, with only few options, and was very repetitive. I couldn't even just have toast, as it was very sweet, loaded with sugar. The juice was not juice, more like fruit infused water. We didn't even want to try the restaurant in the evenings, as it's quite pricey and the breakfast was so bad. Just plain nope.
Free airport pick up and drop off was much appreciated. Excellent location - overlooking the bay and in easy walking distance of restaurants and sights. Nice pool surrounded by lovely planting. Reception staff were very good. Room was quiet, spacious and well presented. Bed was very comfortable. Good air con.
Breakfast needs to be much better - staff need to be more alert and check what needs to be refilled. Every day we had to ask for something that should have been there and wasn’t. Quite limited choice.
WiFi signal was unreliable and often poor. Thank goodness we had an eSIM.
Water pressure was low in the bath/shower.

Chỗ ở gần trung tâm, phòng tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, view phòng mình nhìn ra biển, phải nói là tuyệt đỉnh😁k điểm trừ luôn. Nếu trở lại Côn Đảo nhất định sẽ lựa chọn resort!
