Pros:

Schöne und liebevolle, praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Ein großen Dank ans Personal, für die Erwähnung und Einladung die Flugshow zum 10 Jahrestag des Erdbebens auf dem Rooftop mit verfolgen zu dürfen, als ich gerade beim Check-out war.
Ich kommen sehr gerne wieder.

실내는 쾌적하고 조용했습니다. 다음에 구마모토를 방문한다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.
Pros:

주차장이 없어 차를 렌트한 경우는 좀 불편하지만 그 외는 대체적으로 좋았습니다.

Cons:

주차장이 좀 멀리 있다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

房間就能看到熊本城，頂樓的露台很舒適，房卡只能刷到自己的樓層、大廳、露台，安全性不錯！步行至商店街不用五分鐘。大廳有迎賓飲料供應至00:00。因為是新旅館整體都很新很乾淨！連住兩晚都有送新的濾掛咖啡！入住的時候還提供女性房客免費的熊本面膜。
Pros:

安全性高！距離商店街、車站都很近。服務人員非常親切～備品充足，續住都會給全新的一份，不管是水、濾掛咖啡、茶包。小朋友的用品也包裝的很可愛！

Cons:

房間偏小，大行李箱可能會無法完全攤開！

走路幾分鐘可以抵達熊本城，附近也超級熱鬧。很棒的住宿地點

設備維護不佳，4樓面熊本城的房間有電線燒焦和嚴重發霉的味道

接待人員客氣有禮、距離熊本城近

Cons:

設備冷氣可以看到明顯的灰塵，整體維護不佳、住宿碰到飯店消防演習，我們被分配到的房間似乎曾經有電線或電器走火的情況，後來花許多時間溝通換了比較擠的房間。

Estancia cómoda con buenas vistas
Pros:

Me alojé en este hotel solo una noche y la experiencia fue muy buena. Había reservado una habitación sin vistas, pero nos dieron una con vistas al castillo, lo cual fue un detalle muy bonito.
La habitación era más amplia que otras en las que me he alojado en Japón, y la cama era cómoda y de buen tamaño para dos personas.
Nos dejaron botellas de agua en la habitación y además tuvieron el detalle de regalarme una mascarilla facial. Todo estaba muy limpio.
Destacar que la recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy simpática y hablaba inglés perfecto, lo que hizo todo aún más fácil.
