Good, convenient and helpful
Pros:

Great position. Convenient for everything. The staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was good and you could eat extra curry but there were no alternatives, no bread for example

工作人員都很樂於助人，因為把東西掉在福岡很煩惱，櫃檯幫忙打電話詢問，對小孩子也很友善，渡過了很愉快的三天假期。

Très bon séjour avec une super vue.
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’équipe à l’écoute, l’équipement était bon, endroit calme. Super vue sur le château de Kumamoto.

Cons:

Le chauffage qui souffle de l’humidité. Il y avait de la buée sur le miroir juste en dessous l’air conditionné. Tout le reste est nickel, ce n’est qu’un petit soucis.
