Pros:

位置很好，邻近商店街，便利店，饮食店和药妆店很多，设施面，很新很干净，安全设施不错，进入电梯需要门卡，前台接待员态度都很好。面对熊本城，交通也很便利

手作り感満載で、心に残る体験ができた。
Pros:

他のホテルより、少しずつ大きく、ゆったり感があった。(部屋、バスタブ、ベッド)
壁掛けTVは、50型かな。
熊本城を楽しめる。特に屋上からライトアップされた天守閣夜景は必見。

Cons:

朝食が豪華そうだが、値段が高い。結局、食べなかった。
もう少し、お手頃価格ならば。

Very helpful staff and great view of the castle.
Pros:

I was very very impressed by the view here. The rooftop viewing spot is a great place to view Kumamoto castle and especially beautiful during sunset. Very close to both the castle and a ton of restaurants and shops in the covered shopping street.

熊本城を身近に感じる最高の場所
Pros:

とにかく熊本城が正面にある最高の立地
屋上テラスからの景色も良かった
部屋は清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた

Cons:

特にありませんが、フロントスタッフは挨拶しない為、温かさがない感じ

אחלה מלון. חדר יחסית גדול ועם כל מה שצריך
קרוב מאוד לטירה המיוחדת
