Such a bad bad bad bad experience I suggest the other guest reviewers please don't visit this place.
Pros:

There are no such facilities available the staff at the reception not taking a call to provide any room facilities way to rood.also they said 1 room only 1 towal can be given there is a menu card in the room but no restaurant facility 😕 not even providing a cup of coffee.such a bad experience I have ever seen.

Cons:

No room service even if you go to the receptionist to ask they just say I come to your room with the stuff but they don't turn cleaning rooms It takes a full day and you have to request again again until they come to clean. Due to this irrespective way of treatment I have checked out on 16 march when I asked my remaining money he said there is no such policy.i also work for hotels and my husband as well and we both never disrespect the guest how we disrespect in this property. We are a frequent person to visit gurgaon for our job related work and we always stay in hotels.and today I m pretty sure we will never turn back this property to stay.
