I canceled because price difference.
Pros:

I like the location.

Cons:

Why did the hotel manager asked more money? The app showed a price of about 2000/-, but they asked me to pay 3500/-. I think you have to work on that. Give us the true value.

Staff very disrespectful
Cons:

They charged us for early check-in as much as they would have charged for a 24-hour booking, whereas we had checked in just 4 hours earlier

Unethical.
Pros:

Pretty much nothing.

Cons:

When I arrived, I found the staff sleeping in the corridor outside the rooms. Poked and woke up one of them to get service. Was told that I had to pay an amount far more than what booking.com said I had to. I left. The property and the neighborhood was rather sketchy, so all-in all a no-brainer decision for me.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Dirty, grimy, squalid, sordid, shabby, sleazy, and worse.... You are better off sleeping on the street outside. Sort the reviews by "oldest first". See the oldest 5 reviews, all raving, all made within a space of 2 days, all for a stay of 1 night. They are obviously fake, artificially raising the rating of the property. Ignore them. See the others, then make your decision.

Extorted to pay 2X the quoted price. AVOID!!

Cons:

The hotel insisted that I pay more than double the amount quoted by "pay at the property" by booking.com. Many phone calls later to booking.com later the issue is yet to be resolved. Why does booking.com list unscrupulous properties such as this??? I am sure that booking.com will eventually refund me, but my whole experience has been terrible with much time spent on the phone. Avoid this place like the plague.

Filthy Hotel

Nothing - Please dont call this property as a Hotel

Cons:

I have booked this property based on the reviews published in booking.com which says "Exceptional" . The reviews looks like biased and with full of false information. The property is located in a single floor on a wedding mall which is located in the middle of a slum like area. (Govind Puri). It took nearly an hour to find the location since there is no proper signboard or any indication. The front gate was closed when we reached approx 01:30 AM even though they confirmed our late Check in. The guy on the reception (I dont want to call him a Receptionist) have no idea and after several phone calls, he asked us to pay an amount which is higher than what agreed on Booking.com. We have no other option other than staying there He said the property is managed by OYO and booking.com has nothing to do it with their property. The Room is very filthy and the linen and were not properly washed. I wish this property shouldn't be listed in a site like booking,com
