Illogical management.
Pros:

No mention that the kitchen was closed for both dinner and breakfast

Cons:

Shower didn’t work in one of the rooms booked.

A few small annoying things but in general had a good stay!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and forthcoming and showed me personally to my room and made sure I had fresh water. The bathroom was recently renovated and super clean. The bed was super cosy, I slept incredibly well.

Cons:

The parking could be better signposted, it says "no overnight parking" everywhere, so I had to park somewhere else first and ask and was then told that it was in fact fine to park behind the inn. Also there's a few broken cars wasting parking spaces, looked like a scrap yard to me initially. My room was right next to the kitchen, so initially there was quite a strong fish&chips smell and a lot of noise disturbance in my room, but by the time I went to bed, that was all gone.
What I found a little annoying was that the booking said there is a kettle in my room and that was confirmed by the bar staff when I checked in, I was too tired in the evening to mind it and had to get up early in the morning and then saw that there was only a tiny espresso machine that did not (by far!) produce enough hot water for a thermos (and it's also just not meant for that purpose! The hot water coming out of it smelled very bad), so I went downstairs to get some from the bar but nobody was up at 8 am. I found that quite annoying as I had only booked the room because I knew I would need a kettle (I had a long weekend of very cold diving nearby) and then didn't have one. Please don't put that under "facilities" on the booking website if you don't have one!!!

I liked the staff, they were all very pleasant and helpful and I liked how clean and comfortable the room was, good WiFi and smart tv

Cons:

I didn’t like that the kitchen was on the floor with the bedrooms and the staff would be outside my door shouting constantly for service, and it sounded like I was sleeping in the pots and pans cupboard. The shower was terrible, and the heating was off during my last night there which was weird so I was frozen. And the restaurant was fully booked sat/sun and closed mon/tues which wasn’t ideal

Very enjoyable would definitely consider a return visit in the future
Pros:

Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly member of staff unfortunately we never got their name. We were checked in very quickly and shown to our room and given a quick run through of how the shower worked, the location of tea/coffee making facilities, etc. Before leaving us to get unpacked the staff member took a provisional dinner booking, when we arrived at the dining area we were quickly shown to our table. We were attended to by another member of staff who took our order. Given that the dining area was busy due to it being Father's Day our food arrived quite quickly. The food itself was lovely, quality ingredients presented beautifully and very tasty. Even though they were busy we didn't feel rushed by staff members. We had booked bed and breakfast for the duration of our stay and again we were very impressed by the standard of food on offer. Overall nothing seemed to be a bother to the staff. The room was well laid out with a great view towards the marina. Even though the room overlooked a main road I can't say the traffic noise was too disruptive to our stay.

Cons:

The weather could have been better but that was out of the staff's control although we did get the impression that if they could have made the weather better they would have.

A great stay with great service 👌
Pros:

We stayed at the Inn for hogmanay from the min we arrived the customer service we received was 10/10 we were offered a private table for dinning were the chef explained what was in offer and wow the food was outstanding it was the highlight off our stay we will deffinerly be back 😊

We celebrated the New year with staff and locals in the pub area this was also 👌 the staff turned the TV 📺 up so we could all cound down the 🔔 and we all celebrated together

We booked 3 rooms at the Inn for our family and we all had a comfortable stay with lovely views over the Loch 🌊
