Posizione nella città, ambiente e arredi, disponibilità dello staff

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e non abbiamo mai avuto l'acqua calda, pur avendo segnalato ripetutamente il problema. Inaccettabile per un hotel di quel livello e di quel prezzo. Il wi-fi si disconnetteva costantemente ed ogni volta era necessario andare a chiedere un nuovo ID e password alla reception. Strano perché in India normalmente il wi-fi funziona ovunque perfettamente
