Great accomodation, good price and clean for such a central hotel. Near bus route to airport though we took a taxi.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff who helped with a logistics problem with room promptly on arrival and gave us a beer on the house!
Clean, very central, kettle and drinks in the room and water. Great shower.

Cons:

Ladder to mezzanine double bed was precipitate though ok if you are young or sprightly! Three of our older group refused so I had double to myself!

首先這家旅館沒有任何一點優點，這家旅館隔音非常差，半夜不是一直拖椅子就是小孩不斷啼哭，房子裝飾整體很像敘利亞或者阿富汗風格，像是剛經歷過戰爭的旅館，服務人員線上的雖說是有幫我去協調噪音問題但可以說是完全無效，他們仍是不斷地吵鬧，後來真的放棄了，也談不上服務可言畢竟沒有見到任何的服務人員

我想沒有任何值得滿意的地方吧，浴室馬桶也是很臭下水道一直跑出味道，窗餒窗外就是感覺剛經歷過戰爭一樣，廢墟風格，然後隔音真的很差、床鋪潮濕不舒服，不過臥室倒是沒有很髒，就是如果要選擇住宿大家要慎重

Perfect & super-convenient for our short stay in Palma.
Pros:

Super-friendly hotel a lovely 5 minute walk from the city centre, staff could not have been more helpful. We found it perfect for a short stay in Palma. And what lifted it to top marks was the incredibly convenient facility for leaving luggage in lockers and accessing WC and a shower both before checkin and after checkout.

Cons:

Wifi was patchy.

Dadurch war der Aufenthalt sehr unpersönlich und im Verhältnis zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ich bin während meiner Aufenthaltsdauer (20h Abends bis 8 Uhr Morgens) keiner einzigen Person begegnet, d.h weder Gästen noch Empfang oder Personal. Das Hotel verfügt nur 9-17h über einen Empfang. Der Eingang in der übrigen Zeit besteht aus einem Korridor, d.h. keinerlei zusätzliche Flächen oder Angebote. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt sehr unpersönlich und im Verhältnis zu teuer.

Confort i bona atenció al centre de Palma.
Pros:

L’habitació estava neta i el llit era confortable. Ens varen deixar botelles d’aigua de cortesia. El tracte de tot el personal va ser molt bo. També està molt ben situat i la zona és tranquil·la. El mateix edifici inclou un bar baix. Sense dubte, repetirem!

Wir waren nur zwei Tage dort, aber das Hotel bietet alles, was man mit zwei Personen braucht.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet, aber sinnvoll und vor allen Dingen sauber.
