Very clean friendly
Not enough room for clothing
The location was good for the reason we were in Muskegon. The beds were comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The smell upon entering the building was awful. Thankfully our room did not smell like that. We could never have stayed had the smell been in our room. Our toilet did not flush correctly. Our second night, the toilet ended up overflowing all over the floor. My girls went down for a plunger. It was only a little toilet paper stuck. Thankfully it wasn't anything disgusting from the toilet getting all over the floor. But we used every towel to get that cleaned up. This was about 2 in the morning. Then we received a call from the front desk because the water had started leaking into the room below us. We felt bad about that, but it was not our fault the toilet did not work right. The handle would stay in the down position. Anyway, we explained that it was taken care of to the man on the phone from the front desk. Anyway, it was super late when we were all finally able to calm down and fall back to sleep after that ordeal. The cleaning people pounded on our door right at 11:00 telling us it was time for check out. We got out as fast as we could. I was not going to rush my daughters and my husband after being up most of the night.
Nothing- this place needs to be demolished
Mold, blood on the walls, smells of dirt people and the linens were all dirty, missing lightbulbs, felt unsafe, shower wouldn’t shut off and bathrooms all wet. Literally looked like a hotel from a horror movie. We did not stay as I felt unsafe and unsanitary

Location was nice
The room was dirty the floor was bad stained bathroom smells like urine might as well sleep on the concrete ground before their bed bring out the UV light and see how bad the room glows definitely not worth the money. Bring your own disinfectant or sleep in your car you’ll be safer from the tweakers walking around. I’m a biker. I’m used to shit holes this tops them all.
They are trying to be green but every 3 days for towels , sheets and trash we had no housekeeping services for the 3 days we were there. I called two days in a row and asked for towels which we never got. 2 nights upon returning to the hotel our key would not work and I had to go to the front desk to have them fix it. I would not stay there again
It was close to my destination.
There were a few bugs, hair in the bathroom and some stains on the sheets, and there was a mild odor in the hallways.
staff was friendly
we had a little trouble finding parking after coming back late from an event. they wouldnt provide an extra pillow. there wasn't any hot breakfast.

Over charged for the run down and unkept room. tv did not work. had to go in person to front desk to get help. plastic ice bucket broken and leaked. no hair dryer..looked like there used to be one but not there. children running wild..knocking on doors until after midnight. bathroom sink was slow draining. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
