Çalışanlar son derece kibar ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu, ihtiyaç duyduğum her şeye kolayca erişmemi sağladı. Otel odası, giriş ve bahçe son derece göze hitap ediyordu. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve lezzetliydi.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Garten und Tiefgarage (20€/Tag). Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhig, mit der U-Bahn in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.U-Bahnhaltestelle direkt gegenüber

Frühstück ist für deutsche Verhältnisse eher spärlich, aber trotzdem konnte jeder etwas finden

Hôtel 4* bien placé et accueil de très bonne qualité.
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel très agréable et respectueux. Ils donnent des indications claires pour le séjour.
L'emplacement est un bon atout pour visiter la ville, l'hôtel est à 2 minutes à pieds du Métro 1 qui dessert les sites touristiques de la ville de Milan.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, pouvoir le prendre à l'extérieur en profitant du jardin et de son environnement est un vrai plus.
La propreté est irréprochable pour les linges de lit et les serviettes (blanc et bonne qualité)
On n'a aimé les petites attentions à la réception qui est le point fort : fauteuils très confortables, fontaine à eau, possibilité de boire un verre d'eau aromatisé avec des citrons...
La bagagerie sécurisée accessible avant et après le séjour en attendant son taxi, par exemple.
La vue sur le jardin est agréable depuis la chambre.

Cons:

Points à améliorer :
La baignoire est top mais étroite quand on ferme la porte amovible pour ne pas éclabousser partout.

La salle de bain a un espace convenable mais avec un bidet, un WC et un lavabo, accéder à la baignoire 🛁 ça peut sembler manquer d'espace pour se mouvoir librement.
Il manque la crème pour le corps.

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Es war auch ruhig. Das Frückstücksbuffet war klein aber ganz gut. Zu diesem Preis überraschend.
