Great place to stay!! It's a great location.. has great walkability to the marina.. 10 min walk. You can walk down onto the beach from there (you can't swim in this beach, but you can walk down onto the beach). They do activities on the sand (morning yoga). You can walk on the sand to the properties around there as well (not to use their amenites, but to have lunch at). We had a couples massage at the spa and Brenda and Anabel were amazing therapists for us!! We booked the moonlight couples massage package and it was so nice!! What a wonderful spa day for sure. They have a steam room that you can use before/after your massage. We bought the breakfast included package-which was great.

We spent 14 days at this wonderful resort. From our first welcome back to our last see you in December. It was incredible. Wendy worked miracles getting us into a requested building. Adan took care of anything we could possibly need on our cabana days. He's amazing! Silvia worked her very hard to get food and drinks to us every day. She's fast and reliable. We love her bright sunny smile! Housekeeping was top notch. The room was always clean and they even found a vase to put my roses in from Valentines day. LaRoca out did themselves for my birthday dinner. It was a great fabulous 2 weeks,and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Purchase excursions with them $200 cash. Booked excursions and they told me us last minute they overbooked so we never got any excursions and they took our $$. They said they would meet us at airport to give refund but no show. BEWARE!!! RIP OFF

We had a great beginning with Angel who checked us in and found us a great room for our two weeks-Angel! Omar at the front desk was so friendly and helpful every time we went to the front desk to ask questions, needed a key and needed to look at our bill. He also was supportive of the other staff.

The bell Boys: Roberto, Saul, Charlie, Daniel were who helped us always as soon as we walked on the resort with our luggage, shopping bags and coming to our room. Always friendly and eager to help.

Jair did a fantastic job with entertainment and encouraging us to learn new things. He taught my husband Texas Hold'em and enjoyed with time each afternoon. I loved the morning stretches in the beach!! Jair was supportive and encouraging, thank you for helping us stay flexible and work out some sore muscles!!

Freddy was our server multiple times and helped us when my husband caught fish to arrange having it prepared up at the sports bar for six adults. His help made for an amazing experience and the food was so delicious.

David was our bartender at the sports grilled and each night we would come down for the best Chocolate Martinis with whipped cream!! His smile and fun time was a great way to end the day!

Elizabeth and Flora in Member Services were so helpful with our many questions and helping understand and make our reservations. Thank you!!

The cleaning staff, Ilta, and repair staff did a great job fixing our light in the kitchen and keeping our room cleans. She made a cute towel character with flowers and eyes for Valentines Day. Too cute and thoughtful.

Only issue we had was terrible WiFi service.

If you want to be treated like absolute royalty, sit by the pool in Jose Guiterrez’s section. He is the jewel of the resort and makes the best mango tequila shots! He made our vacation a dream come true.

My family has been coming to the Grand Sol Mar since it opened. Prior to that we were drifters which is super fun too, because there are so many beautiful resorts in Los Cabos. But the Grand Sol Mar is special and there’s never been another place for me since 2011.
The resort is spectacular on its face because it truly is lands end. But the best thing about GSM is the people who work there. They make you feel at home whether you visit every year or you’re there for the first time. The people we met this year were extraordinary and if I could thank Wendy and Omar for checking us in and out, Paola for keeping our room immaculate, Ernesto and Ellie at La Roca for the best breakfast experience on-site, Jorge at La Brisas for his kindness and his Mexican coffee spectacular, and Jose at the pool in the middle, for making us feel safe, supported, and like queens for a week.
Second best thing about GSM - location. For the proximity to the marina and views of migrating whales. The walkability score is 10/10 and I had to mention this.
Thank you Grand Sol Mar, for years of good memories. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Los Cabos.

We had another wonderful family vacation !! Some changes good and bad !! Our room definitely needs some updating but still amazing ! Pedicure and massages were great as always !! Everyone so nice !! Pool service and food amazing !! Both Francisco’s took amazing care of us at the pools and Adan was so attentive with our cabanas !! So good to see Roberto again with his smile !! Did miss seeing Manny !! Dinner food could use some improvement!! Looking forward to next year !!

I’ve been coming to the Grand Sol Mar since it opened because it is hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in Cabo. There are many beautiful resorts is Los Cabos but Grand Sol Mar is a step up because of the people. Wendy checked us in kindly and quick. Ellie & Ernesto at La Roca made us welcome and comfortable. Jorge at La Brisas went above and beyond to give our table a Mexican coffee spectacular. Paola made sure our room was immaculate. And Jose Gutierrez there’s at the pool next to Brisas was like a friend, considerate and kind and supportive of our quest to relax. Our 2026 week at Lands End was one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

As always a wonderful stay at Grand Solmar Lands End. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are great and the staff is the best! Big shout to Jorge and Jair from the entertainment crew - they had great activities planned for the week and were very lovely! Thanks for everything guys!!

Always a great time at Grand SolMar. Pool side activities are in full swing . Make sure to stop by and play some poolside Black jack with Jorge and Jair, always a blast . The grounds are very clean and taken care of with pride

Have enjoyed our stay of 2 weeks at the resort. Variety of restaurants with many selections on the different restaurant menus. Excellent service and Diana was our house keeping staff member that saw that the suite had the amenities to make your stay pleasant.

Beautiful place to relax, enjoy the sun and warmth. Whale watching is incredible. Friendly competent staff. Lovely facilities. 😎

This amazing location can't be topped. Waterfront, semiprivate Pacific beach, walkable to town and marina. The staff and amenities exceeded what I usually expect.

Upgraded us to a 4 bedroom with a private pool and hot tub, service was amazing and everyone is so friendly. we have been coming for over 15 years and every year gets better!

We have been coming to Grand Solmar for 6 years and are loving the activities and our hosts, Jorge and Jair! Lots of fun in the sun!
Stretching classes, water aerobics, cornhole, blackjack, salsa classes and much more.

Another fantastic stay at Land’s End; our fifth year in a row, and it never disappoints. The service was exceptional across the board, with Javier at the pool and the entire restaurant staff going above and beyond. The Entertainment team, particularly Jorge and Jair, brought great energy and were a wonderful addition to the overall experience in 2026. Land’s End continues to set the standard for us.

Jair did a great job engaging our family and grandchildren in the daily activitie- bingo, corn hole, stretching, etc. He remembered and called everyone by name after the first day. He always had a smile on his face and was always pleasant.

Jair, from the Entertainment Department was so friendly and so fun!! He recommended fun, exciting and competitive (in a fun way!) activities for us to do on our girls’ trip and everyone kept asking for more!! Thank you Jair!
