Cons:

El trato del dueño. Primero no respondio al mensaje que mande a traves de booking, ni me cogia el teléfono. Cuando llegamos nos dio la llave una chica , nos enseño la habitación y no volvimos a saber de ellos. No limpiaron la habitación en los 5 días que estuvimos hospedados.

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Aber unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt.
Cons:

Es war etwas zu weit weg vom Zentrum
Wir hatten eine Gemeinschaftsküche erwartet, aber es gab keine Kochmöglichkeit, deshalb war der Preis für uns zu hoch.

Obiekt zaakceptował inną rezerwację w czasie mojego planowanego pobytu, przez co w dniu przyjazdu musiałem szukać innego zakwaterowania. Prośba o odwołanie rezerwacji w systemie booking z winy lokalu została zignorowana.

Pros:

L'home de la casa va ser encantador, ens va ajudar a demanar taxi. Vam tenir tot un apartament per nosaltres que estava molt net i nou. Per arribar a Ribeira Grande ho pots fer caminant facilment en 15 minuts a peu.

Chambre simple mais avec tout le confort nécessaire! Un hôte génial!
Pros:

Francisco est un hôte très accueillant. Il nous a de suite accompagné avec sa voiture vers les bons aluguers, ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre à moindre coût vers cova et le ferry. Il parle très bien français et connait bien les habitants du village. Nous sommes arrivés en avance donc notre chambre n'était pas tout à fait prête. Francisco nous a accueilli sans soucis et nous a proposé une chambre plus grande avec salle de bain individuelle ce qui n'était pas prévu au depart. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.
Il ny a pas de petit dej mais celui de Divin art, situé à 100m, est délicieux et copieux.

Cons:

Le bruit de la pompe à eau situé sur le toit et au dessus de la chambre

Parfait
Pros:

Logement en sous-sol, mais très aéré et lumineux. Il s'agit d'un logement avec 2 chambres et les espaces communs à partager.
Très propre et très bien équipé. Possibilité de laver son linge.
L'hôte est adorable et aidant.
Logement situé près du centre, accessible en 10 mn à pieds

Bel emplacement, bel appartement
Pros:

L’établissement est situé à 15 minutes à pied de la ville, il se trouve au calme. Le logement était spacieux et bien équipé. Par contre j’avais réservé une chambre à l’étage avec salle de bain privative et on m’a donné une chambre en sous-sol avec salle de bain communes… sinon tout était parfait.

Le matelas un peu mou, peut-être à mon goût

el hecho de que no haya desayunos y el hecho que mi primer dia tuve que ir a un otro alojamiento porque hubo un problema con ebooking o no se ,despues de esse incidente el senho se mostro prestativo y tambien cuando me robaron el telefono me dejaba llamar con el suyo enfin pero eso

Pros:

Peaceful
A lot of space
Bed was 100% confortable
The view is amazing
Everyone was incredible nice and helpful with everything we ask

Cons:

Bathroom has mysterious spots leaking while showering, that was inconvenient
We stayed 14 weeks, and we only had our room cleaned once and we actually needed to ask for it :/
