Pros:

- The receptionists were quite helpful and attentive - The person who cleaned our room for the first 3 days was really good and did a great job.
- breakfast was quite good in my opinion and something new to taste every day
- they had staff members outside to help direct you to the place and we had an early pre-dawn checkout and the receptionist walked us out to our shuttle which helped us feel safe.
- the conference area is quite good
- the beds were very comfortable

Cons:

- the rooms are smaller than they appear but still comfortable enough
- Some other staff members would act as if you're annoying them when asked something which I guess happens sometimes under pressure.
- the person who did the cleaning the last 3 days was quite different. We joked that maybe they had gotten tired of us by then cause they were no longer putting effort
- ran out of complimentary items like fresh milk for the teas and toilet paper looked to be on a budget. On a different note, I do tend to use a lot of paper but no hotel has ever made me feel like that till now cause they are usually in abundance.

Pros:

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren im Holiday Inn Express in Kapstadt. Hauptgrund ist das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungverhältnis, das nette Personal, das gute Frühstück und saubere Zimmer mit allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Die Umgebung (CBD) verändert sich leider trotz Gegenmaßnahmen der Kommune nachteilig. Da kann allerdings das Hotel nichts dafür.

Friendly staff!! They really went above and beyond to accommodate us due to a delayed flight

Cons:

That we were a family of 4 but only 2 cups im the room for coffee and not enough pillows for everyone to sleep on

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Große Tiefgarage mit genügend Platz für alle Autos. Einfahrt etwas schwer zu finden da in der Fußgängerzone. Lage sehr zentral. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Tagsüber auch sehr sicher. Im dunklen sollte man aber besser im hotel sein.

A very good hotel to explore Capetown
Pros:

We stayed three nights in this hotel and it was perfect for exploring Capetown. The location is perfect. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. We used the concierge services for parking the car and it was always very fast and efficient. Breakfast was very good with a very good choice. The area around the hotel felt safe during the day but we used users at night and never walked anywhere. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Cons:

The hotel itself is quiet but street noise can be heard from early morning even though we were on the tenth floor.
