The balcony was my favorite spot. Amazing view!
Everything was perfect!
I loved the location and access to beaches. I liked the room, which had a coffee pot, but wished the fridge was off the floor; the door would get stuck open easily because of the carpet. I wished there was a microwave for guests to use. Overall, great place to stay.
I didn't like the mini fridge on the floor. It was hard to reach in and hard to close the door due to the carpet. I would have loved access to a microwave. I think the garbage cans could be larger for the room to give space for empty to go boxes and soda bottles.
The location is perfect. The whole hotel is spotless. The towels and bathrobes are fantastic. The balcony is lovely. The bed is super comfortable and the bed linen is lovely. It was an absolute treat to stay here.
Nothing at all.
The view was phenomenal! The bathroom and shower were huge and very clean. Great water pressure and hot water. Great rates for late checkout. Only $40 extra to stay until 5pm. Nespresso machine with a great selection of different flavored coffee. Beach accessories, chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Outdoor sectional out back at ground level. WIFI. Beach access with outdoor shower very close to the entrance.
More than a mile walk to dining and attractions. No pool. No smoking anywhere on property. There is no privacy at all on the balconies if another guest is there. No television. Very small room. Self-serve breakfast, which consisted of an apple, orange, granola bar, or cereal with no milk or juice available, just seltzer water. Very small mini fridge.
The location was perfect with stunning views of the beach from the room and balcony.
No personal air control. We had to buy a fan for air circulation which really helped. The mini fridge was tiny and no ice machine. Outside seating area downstairs was not clean.
I loved that this house is right on the ocean. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved the pristine beaches and the quiet vibe of Neptune Beach. We loved the spa like shower and the cleanliness of the room.
I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t love. It was a perfect getaway.

No elevator or TV in the room - didn't realize when I had booked.

The view was beautiful, the bed was comfy.
Well everything but the bed and view, the walls were so thin you could here everything, the tv remote fell apart, the shower didnt seal properly, the door was crooked so you could see the hallway lights on all night, the cleaning ladies seem to be there daily and weren't quite. The parking was terrible and if you had to go into the overflow part you had to walk quite a way to your car. Didnt have no way to make food. The area where the stove and fridge were was marked staff only.
Delicious, although there wasn’t yogurt for the 2nd and 3rd day.

Room and view
No microwave in room, shower door was not sealed properly (leaked on floor), very poor parking for the size of the unit, No breakfast, HAVC not adequate enough for the size of the unit
Units are so close together that you can hear what's going on in the next room. If you have loud and noisy people in their unit, you can hear and see everything on the balcony because there's really not much to divide them. Not having a TV, we missed that part of the reviews and really wanted a TV.
Very small room, no chairs or couch. But view from balcony is great.
Unfortunately, it was so bad that we left after 4 hours and lost our $300 for the night. We could have called The Host but it is memorial Day weekend and people are partying and enjoying themselves.
