Hotel en obras.
Pros:

Me gustó que estuviera todo muy limpio y nuevo. El pintor que nos recibió fue muy amable. El cuarto fue muy cómodo, el tamaño estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Que quien nos recibió fue un pintor que estaba trabajando. La persona encargada del hotel no estaba, sólo estaba la persona de limpieza y los trabajadores de mantenimiento. El hotel estaba en mantenimiento y habían muchos trabajadores, no nos dijeron nada.

Pros:

Идеальное местоположение: море буквально в минуте! Рядом много заведений на любой вкус, все с прекрасным видом на море. До центра лучше добираться на машине, пешком 45 минут

Очень комфортные номера: все новенькое, чистое, удобное, стильное. Постельное белье, кровати, подушки, сантехника — 10/10! Обязательно вернусь в это место в сезон

Машину оставляла на парковочном месте перед отелем. Это было бесплатно, но я путешествовала в несезон. Подозреваю, что в сезон там не хватит мест для всех постояльцев и это может быть проблемой. Лучше уточнить перед приездом

Cons:

Я была в начале марта, и основного менеджера заменяла очень милая турчанка, но она не говорила по-английски и не могла принять оплату картой. Пришлось снимать наличные, это было не очень удобно

Lovely apartment in the perfect area
Pros:

Good location close to the beach and lots of restaurants/shops. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely view from our balcony overlooking the sea.

Cons:

I was given no instructions regarding checking in. I eventually met two lovely ladies inside the gate who had zero English (I think possibly the cleaners) and they let us enter. They were on the phone to someone and couldn’t find our booking for about 10 mins and eventually we got sorted. Not great communication from the host

Pros:

La habitación era muy espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda, contaba con calefacción así que no pase frío y en el baño había shampoo, bálsamo y jabón. El dueño me dejó quedarme una hora más del check-out y guardar mis maletas porque mi bus salía en la noche.

Cons:

La ubicación es lejos del centro, son 40 minutos caminando, pero está al lado de la playa, no es algo del alojamiento pero para tener en cuenta.

Habitación amplia, limpia.

Cons:

No es un hotel, solamente alquilan habitaciones por lo cual no hay servicio de recepción y la comunicación con la persona responsable se hacía por WhatsApp. Decía con vistas al mar pero frente a la ventana había un tejado.

Pros:

Camas muy cómodas y estaba muy limpio. La calefacción tenía fuerza, funcionaba muy bien. A segunda línea de mar.

Cons:

Por decir algo, un cambio de euro a lira un pelín desfavorable.

Nagyon jo helyen van, volt parkolóhelyünk is, bár főszezonban nem biztos hogy mindenkinek akad. A szezonon kívüli árat kétség kívül teljes mértékig megérte.

Cons:

A fűtés csak akkor megy ha a szobában tartózkodsz. Így mi kisgyerekkel inkább nem fürödtünk minekután későn érkeztünk. Csak ennyi volt a negatívum.

Perfect location with the nicest hosts on the planet.
Pros:

Fantastic location, with lots of water-front restaurants and bars just steps away. Easy 2.5km walk into the town centre or there is a frequent minibus service running back and forth (25TL each way). Being a bit out of the centre means you’re not competing with all the cruise-shippers and value for money is better. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hosts are the nicest we’ve met on our 8 week trip. Couldn’t recommend this higher for a place to stay in Kusadasi.

Nothing. Can’t fault it.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Aussicht mit Meerblick in den oberen Etagen, zudem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Einziger winziger Minuspunkt ist, dass die Fernseher etwas ältere Modelle haben und Apps wie Netflix nur mit nem Stick unterstützen.
