Pros:

The hotel was very good and very clean. The breakfast was good and delicious, with a nice variety of options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I also forgot some money in the lobby, and I truly appreciate that it was safely returned to me. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

НИЧЕГО!!!!
Такого хамского отношения в отеле Я ещё не встречала!

Мы приехали раньше, пришли в отель нас встретил приятный мужчина на рецепшине, мы спросили когда можем заселиться(потому как хотели оставить чемодан и поехать на море) он сказал что номер через +-час будет готов и Вы можете просто подождать и предложил нам угоститься чаем/кофе.
В это время администратор сменился и пришёл второй мужчина который вёл себя так,как мы пришли К НЕМУ В ДОМОЙ.

Изначально ему не понравилось что мы по его словам «завтракали» без приглашения(хотя это не возможно, так как зона завтрака перед стойкой рецепции), его это очень возмутило и он начал нас за это отчитывать. Потом начал ТРЕБОВАТЬ что бы написали о нём хороший комментарий.
На это всё мы ему сказали, что писать ничего не будем и мы просто не покушаем завтра это не проблема!!!
После этих слов он начал вести себя ещё более хамовито
И на вопрос «КОГДА мы можем заселиться????»
Он сказал: не знаю, у нас правила заселения описаны на Букинге
Номер нам не предоставили, деньги за номер требуют оплатить!!!

Pros:

Le personnel était gentil

Cons:

Ils n’ont pas de fer à repasser.
Petit déjeuner médiocre y’a même pas de viennoiseries.
Travaux au niveau de l’hôtel jusqu’à 2 du matin et commencent à 8 du matin.
