Pros:

The comfortable clean beds, excellent service from most staff especially front desk and breakfast staff Nhi were attentive. The AC was excellent and it was within a couple of KMs walking distance to markets.

Cons:

The shower could have been cleaner and breakfast was ok selection.

Nice room with a kitchenette overlooking the Da Nang bridge.

Cons:

1. The cleaning of the rooms are made in the middle of the afternoon - no rest possible in the heat.
2. Three of them cleaned the room for 5 minutes. They didn’t clean the floor since our feet were black. They simply sweep up, empty the garbage cans, change the towels. Also, the staff don't speak English very well, so communication is difficult.
3. As for the location: it is not totally in the center, so you have to order a grab every time.
