Pros:

Had a really good 3 night stay at record hotel, amenities was more than enough, hotel receptionists speak English exceptionally well, was welcoming and even hosted us for our first dinner and taught us the cultural way of eating, making lasting memories.:)

Hotel buffet breakfast has plenty of choices to choose from, even my friends complimented their soup that it was different and so flavourful everyday.

Bed was soft and comfy didn’t had any issues with sleeping, something that caught me off guard was they have heated toilet seats😳😳, love the design and theme the hotel was going for, even the little detail of the hotel cards in a little paper vinyl record.

Cons:

The only downside would be the walls have poor sound insulation, but overall it was a satisfied stay.☺️☺️

Pros:

The comfortable clean beds, excellent service from most staff especially front desk and breakfast staff Nhi were attentive. The AC was excellent and it was within a couple of KMs walking distance to markets.

Cons:

The shower could have been cleaner and breakfast was ok selection.

Nice room with a kitchenette overlooking the Da Nang bridge.

Cons:

1. The cleaning of the rooms are made in the middle of the afternoon - no rest possible in the heat.
2. Three of them cleaned the room for 5 minutes. They didn’t clean the floor since our feet were black. They simply sweep up, empty the garbage cans, change the towels. Also, the staff don't speak English very well, so communication is difficult.
3. As for the location: it is not totally in the center, so you have to order a grab every time.
