Un’esperienza deludente
Pros:

Ottima posizione, ma è davvero l’unico pregio

Cons:

Hotel sporco sia nelle parti comuni che nelle stanze. Ho dovuto far cambiare le lenzuola perché c’erano delle macchie nere. In generale necessità di una seria ristrutturazione.
La colazione non era niente di speciale.

Very nice recommendable hotel in the middle of the city
Pros:

Ella Breeze is located in the middle of the busy city. Many very good restaurants and shops are around it. The attentive staff makes the stay really comfortable. The room was very spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

The roof top pool is quite small. And the Skybar is only Sky without bar. To order a second drink is a bit effortful as you have to arrange it yourself downstairs.
If you see the hotel first time from outside it doesn’t look welcoming. But this view doesn’t fit to the excellent inside environment.

Pros:

Looked after wonderfully by all staff. I was in a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bug room and spotlessly clean with a lovely view to the mountain. Highly recommended.

המקום קרוב לבית חבד מרחק של 5-7 דקות החדרים עם מפתח רק שיש להשאיר את הכרטיס בחשמל במהלך השבת כדי שלא יכבה המזגן הצוות שירותי ואדיב המקום נקי יחסית אין כל כך ג׳וקים יש ברים באזור אבל בחדר שלנו ספציפית לא שמעו רעש מזה

Clean hotel centrally located
Pros:

Great location. Right in the middle of everything. Staff friendly and helpful. When leaving I was presented with a box of black tea as a present. Really nice touch.

Cons:

Only stayed 1 night and don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on the extra facilities or the food

Very centrally located, close to bars, 5min from train station. Excelent view from top floor. Rooftop area with a small pool

By a busy street, so expect some noise. A bit pricy for what you get

Ideally located, comfortable accommodation with charming staff
Pros:

The property was in the most convenient location--in the main Ella street surrounded by all the most useful amenities. The staff, especially Mr Sarath and the front desk staff, were amazingly hospitable. The room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast spread was overwhelming--a buffet if there were enough guests, and a la carte otherwise. I also made use of the rooftop pool!

The rooftop terrace is really nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating.

Cons:

The place smelled a little weird, but it was due to the smell of the cleaning. The laundry was really expensive because they charge by item.

Great location
Pros:

Great Location, very friendly staff Ajoy was very helpful. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable room
Also the 9 Arch bridge is in walking distance. Defiantly will stay here again if we are in Ella.

Cons:

Bathroom need some TLC. Some fixtures are loose in the bathroom and shower door bottom seal was coming off.
Also need to replace the old worn out white (looks gray) towels with some new towels. But that did not affect our stay.

What a great night!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Ishare, one of the staff members, was wonderful and I had a great time.

If you want to go to bed early, you might be bothered by outside noises.
