Great location
Pros:

Great Location, very friendly staff Ajoy was very helpful. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable room
Also the 9 Arch bridge is in walking distance. Defiantly will stay here again if we are in Ella.

Cons:

Bathroom need some TLC. Some fixtures are loose in the bathroom and shower door bottom seal was coming off.
Also need to replace the old worn out white (looks gray) towels with some new towels. But that did not affect our stay.

What a great night!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Ishare, one of the staff members, was wonderful and I had a great time.

Cons:

If you want to go to bed early, you might be bothered by outside noises.

Perfect place to stay at Ella
Pros:

It was perfectly located in Ella, it was spotless and well maintained to a very good standard.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.
There was a great selection for breakfast, and nice music too.
What a great place to stay, I highly recommend.

Very good value, clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast options and very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Located on the main strip which was great for walking around but did make it a little noisier overnight. However it was also end of New Year so many people celebrating

Pros:

Nos regalaron una bolsa de té, imagino que para compensar la habitación que nos dieron..

Cons:

Teníamos una habitación deluxe de dos camas individuales reservada. Al llevarnos a la habitación solo tenía una cama y le dijimos que era de dos camas, así que nos reubicó en una habitación de tres camas y muy lejos de ser lo que habíamos reservado.

Pros:

Right in the centre of downtown Ella. Wow, the view of Ella Rock from our room was breathtaking. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, especially the curry. Super close to all of Ella’s hotspots. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Ella.

In der Nacht war es bis ca. 12 Uhr laut aber es hat uns nicht gestört bzw. wir waren uns dessen bewusst.

Perfect Location in Town
Pros:

Location was perfect and right in the centre of the town
The room was large, reasonably clean
The staff were great, and the breakfast was OK

Cons:

Room was Ok, not so clean, and towels were very grey and ugly looking with fraying sides
2 of the towels were actually swimming pool towels. Bedding was OK
I would not class this hotel as 5 star, more like 3 star

If going to Ella stay nowhere else
Pros:

Wonderful staff, so helpful especially the restaurant manager. Excellent breakfast and perfect location. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
