Отель находится на Волкин Стрит, где с 19 часов и до 4-х утра играет музыка. Если любите музыку, то норм, но придется спать в наушниках. Номер был на 7 этаже, окно - во двор. Лифт работает. Номера чистые, хорошие. Если вам нравится эта улица, то удобно то, что выходишь из отеля - и ты уже на самой шумной и яркой улице Вьетнама))

De base quand on est arrivées on nous a donné une autre chambre que celle qu’on avait payé! on a donc dû dormir une nuit dans cette chambre avant d’avoir la bonne, on a pas trouvé ça très correct. Mais la chambre d’après était ok, juste pas super propre

Cons:

Le bruit est juste horrible toutes les nuits jusqu’à 4h du matin ! Prenez des boules quies ou vous allez le regretter. Le personnel n’est pas sympa

4/10. I needed proper cleaning
Pros:

So dirty. I’m so confused as to why they don’t have proper cleaning. It’s the #1 necessity for guests. The floor was not mopped I felt it sticky, the balcony was so dirty. I found a McDonald burger wrapper under the bed.

The shower starts having water rise and the WHOLE bathroom starts to have water. ITS DISGUSTING because who knows what’s coming out of the drain. Other people’s disgusting urine and stuff.
I understand trying to save money….but on cleaning????? Come on!
Overall, location good, staff is okay. Just blank face. I don’t mind that.

For me, lack of cleanliness ruined the experience. INVEST I. PROPER CLEANING!!

What I liked:
After 16 years away, I wanted to dive straight back into the energy of the Pham Ngu Lao area, and KT Meraki was the perfect "landing pad" while I got my bearings before moving to a homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Duc, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. For a budget stay, they provide all the essentials: complimentary water, toothbrushes, combs, and soap, which is a nice touch.

Cons:

What could be improved:
The location is right in the thick of it, so you will hear the club beats from Bui Vien all night long. It’s a great spot if you’re joining the party, but don't come here looking for a "Zen" escape—the Zen here has to be found "within." I also had a few instances where drunken revelers tried my doorknob at night, likely just confused and looking for their own rooms, but it’s something to be aware of.
