Stay away from this place
Pros:

5 hours before my arrival they sent me emails to cancel my booking because of their cleaning schedule. Not professional and I had to buy expensive accommodation at the spot.

Slechte ervaring.
Pros:

Wij hadden met dit hotel een hele slechte ervaring, die ik middels deze recentie wil delen.
Dat wil niet zeggen dat het hotel slecht is want dat kan ik niet beoordelen.
Dit komt omdat we er helemaal niet overnacht hebben. Ongeveer 8 uur voor incheck kregen we een mail. Die hebben we niet gezien want we zaten in het vliegtuig. Er was iets met de airco. Daarom moest de boeking maar geannuleerd worden en een ander hotel gezocht.
Wij kwamen om een uur of 8pm bij het hotel. Kregen dit te horen.
Beetje stennis gemaakt natuurlijk. Zou bij het naastgelegen hotel nog wel een kamer zijn.
Daar is men 1 uur mee bezig geweest om uiteindelijk tot de conclusie te komen dat er geen kamer meer beschikbaar was. "Zoek maar ergens anders een hotel, doeg".....
Uiteindelijk is dit natuurlijk wel gelukt. Maar zegt wel iets over de mentaliteit van het hotel.
Ik vind het normaal dat als er een probleem op een kamer is dat je dan een passende oplossing voor je klanten vindt.
En of de airco het probleem veroorzaakte, of iets anders zullen we nooit weten. Daar hebben we wel onze gedachten over.
Ben ook benieuwd of booking.com hier nog iets mee doet. We hebben het wel gemeld.

Bon emplacement pour faire la fête dans walking street

Cons:

On nous a distribué une première chambre qui sentait la cigarette tellement fort ! Au début on a souhaitait aérer mais en ouvrant la fenêtre celle ci était condamnée par un mur de brique ! Donc on était dans une petite chambre sans aération sans lumière du jour avec une odeur vraiment forte de cigarette et en plus de ça sale. Nous avons donc demandé à changer, au début la réceptionniste voulait nous faire payer un supplément pour être surclassé et pouvoir changer de chambre, après insistance cela s’est fait sans mal, merci à elle. La seconde chambre était correct, un peu plus propre et agréable que la deuxième. Par contre très bruyant mais comme c’est dans walking street sans grande surprise.
