It’s just a beautiful place. Peaceful place to stay.
The staff was very polite and respectful. I enjoyed the artistic direction of the motel.
Staff are fantastic.
Breakfast is pathetic. Best not to call it breakfast and be honest. "Wrapped snacks and coffee are available for guests".
The location
The views the staff always fantastic. Loved being close to the pool
We had a smaller room was tight ,but still cozy.
Location is near town- convenient to restaurants. The French Quarter building had quiet sleeping quarters. In the main building, breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time that we stayed.
The rooms are in the smaller side and the bed was not as comfortable as found at most hotels I’ve stayed at.
Great place and view, great customer service.
The staff are fantastic
This place is amazing.
Main hotel had nice bar and deck area.
The room in the French Quarter building had the smallest toilet/ shower area I have ever seen. There was NO coffee available until 7 AM anywhere in hotel, and that coffee was terrible. The room had no chair of any kind, just a high stool.
It was clean
Bed was a full size NOT what we booked. Management claimed it was queen. No closet. Only a 12" pole sticking out of wall. TV was 26" at best. No ice or vending machines unless walked nearly 2 city blocks to main building. They claimed it was a garden view. Not a single flower in bloom but a lot of weeds. Were given 2 packs of coffee and after trying to brew it 3 times coffee maker finally spit out 1/3 of a cup. Booked room for 2 adults. Was given 2 thin bath towels, 1 handtowel and only 1 washcloth. Not a single chair, loveseat, recliner or sofa to sit on in the room. There was a tiny wooden stool that was under a tiny desk. Overall a horrible experience. When called with our concerns staff was very cordial in telling us too bad.
The patio and live music was wonderful
The bed and the air conditioner was very loud!
Our economy rooms exceeded our expectations . Very clean with comfortable beds and unique decor. Just a short walk to the main hotel where we enjoyed a nice view of the river and entertainment on the terrace at dusk.
The air conditioner in the room was very loud and woke us up everytime it kicked on during the night blowing directly onto the bed. Food selection from the food truck in the evening and the breakfast could offer more variety.
Clean, nice deck overlooking the river, entertainment on the deck with bar was nice. Room had a table and 2. Chairs outside the room overlooking the river which was nice.
AC was very loud, could hardly unlock the door because the doorknob was very old, could not figure out how to watch live TV. Room was very small, bathroom was dinky. When I booked this room at the non refundable they send me an email saying the room I booked was not at the main booking and had to drive to it, it seemed a little shady to me.
