Pros:

Tout, absolument tout. Le lieu est sublime, la vue sur l’Atlas à couper le souffle, les chambres sont décorées avec goût, spacieuses et confortables. Le spa est exceptionnel, la piscine à débordement incroyable, la salle de sport impeccable. La cuisine est exquise, variée et raffinée. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare. Chaque détail est pensé pour offrir une expérience parfaite.

Rien du tout. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin.

Relaxing getaway in the middle of the Agafay desert
Pros:

La struttura e' molto bella da un punto di vista architettonico e vanta una vista mozzafiato sul deserto Agafay (soprattutto dalla zona piscina). I pochi ospiti rispetto alla dimensione della struttura ci hanno garantito un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa e ben arredata e il personale dell'hotel è stato molto disponibile. Molto piacevole anche il tour che l'hotel ci ha organizzato per visitare tre valli nei dintorni

Cons:

Purtroppo nel nostro bagno abbiamo trovato un odore sgradevole, che si è diffuso in poche ore nel resto della stanza (essendo la struttura rinnovata di recente, forse un problema di tubature facilmente risolvibile). Il condizionatore in stanza non funzionava e, nonostante l'intervento dello staff, si spegneva ogni paio d'ore da solo (fastidioso durante la notte).
