This was hands down the best hotel and vacation we've been on. Kasbah D'If was remarkable and exceeded in every category, The staff was helpful and kind, the property was STUNNING, the desert the most stunning backdrop. The rooms were out of this world. Breakfast was so delicious, We ordered room service for the most part to enjoy on our outdoor space. However, we also had breakfast in the courtyard and it was gorgeous.

Fabulous property. Everything is new, clean and of fantastic taste. The traditional moroccan architecture and decoration are amazing. Rooms are big and comfy. Although it was 70% full, it felt like we had the hotel for ourselves. Very friendly and attentive staff. Pool experience looking into the infinite desert is top-notch, same goes to the spa - well equipped and of fabulous taste.

El alojamiento es precioso, sin embargo todavía le falta mucho para llegar al nivel de hotel de lujo que quieren transmitir y las tarifas que cobran por noche. Empezando por el check-in (nada amables) nos dejaron en el patio olvidados y tuve que entrar a preguntar por la llave de nuestra habitación porque después de 30 minutos nadie nos decía nada. El desayuno muy lento y con personal poco profesional. Lo mismo para las comidas y cenas. La piscina solo con una persona en el bar para atender a todos los clientes… pocas actividades para hacer y todos con aires de grandeza, se nota que no han estado en un hotel de lujo de verdad

La vue, l’architecture, la décoration

L endroit est juste exceptionnel ! La decoration est faite avec beaucoup de gout. Un sens du detail dans chaque recoin. Le restaurant marocain est sublime ;
Les restaurants etaient qualitatifs : la souris d agneau tres bonne ; tout comme le filet de boeuf… les petits déjeuners sont egalement excellents ;

L’accueil , ultra bienveillant , le dîner délicieux , le personnel au top et la chambre , la vue et petit dej copieux autour de la piscine très vite et très correctement servi , je recommande , dépaysement assuré très bel endroit , spa et soin exceptionnel

Kasbah d'If liegt traumhaft erhöht mit Blick in die Agafay Wüste und Richtung Atlas Gebirge. Die Kasbah ist frisch renoviert und wunderschön gestaltet. Sowohl der Außenpool wir auch der Innenhof sind traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr schön und sie wurden mit hochwertigen Materialien dekoriert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat versucht allen Gästen gerecht zu werden. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Organisation hinter den Kulissen etwas chaotisch war. So gab es an zwei Tagen serviertes Frühstück (was sehr lange dauerte und das Personal sichtlich überforderte) dann gab es einmal Buffet zum Frühstück was wesentlich stressfreier ablief. Was wir sehr schade fanden war das Angebot an Essen - Abends gibt es einen fixen Menupreis für 2 bis 3 Gerichte (500-700DHM = 50-70€/Person ohne Getränke). Das ist vorallem in der heißen Jahreszeit überzogen. Die Mittagskarte ist die Gleiche wie Abends nur mit einzelnen Preisen pro Gericht. Wir hatten gesundheitliche Probleme nach einem Fleischgericht und es bestand leider vom Hotel keine Möglichkeit uns mit leichterer Kost zu versorgen.

Kasbah D'If impressed us from the very moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink by Aimen and, immediately after check-in, given a tour of the property. Throughout our stay, Aimen was always professional, incredibly friendly, and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect.

The reception team was equally outstanding. We were always well supported, especially by Manal, who answered all our questions and even helped us secure a room on our last day, as our flight was not until late at night. This was the perfect ending to an already wonderful stay. Thank you again for your efforts Manal!!!

The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by stunning views, the building almost feels like a palace. The entire resort is impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms are stylish, artistically designed, and exceptionally spacious.

The service by the pool was also outstanding. Mbappé, in particular, impressed us with his dedication and attentiveness, making sure we always felt comfortable and well looked after. Guests are provided with complimentary still water infused with fresh fruit, which is a lovely touch.

The food was excellent from breakfast through to dinner. The restaurant staff were always professional while remaining warm, welcoming, and full of good humor, making every meal a pleasure.

My partner also visited the spa for a massage, and it is absolutely worth experiencing. The spa is visually stunning and radiates a sense of peace and relaxation. The staff are highly attentive, taking individual concerns such as muscle tension or allergies into account while ensuring that every guest feels completely comfortable.

We would also like to highlight the wonderful owner of the hotel. She makes a genuine effort to connect with every guest, regularly asking for feedback and whether there is anything that could make the stay even better.
