Prachtig hotel, uniek concept.
Location and atmosphere
The breakfast options are limited. Not 5 stars-like.
The hotel was simply incredible!!!! Amazing remote location; incredible views. Spacious hotel not too busy. Huge gorgeous swimming pool terrace; excellent pool! Beautiful overall everywhere!
Staff was SO polite SO professional SO friendly- they deserve 10 plus!!!!
One thing we didint like were beds- too hard .
Beautiful, tranquil space
We arrived quite early and were offered breakfast. Very nice
Breakfast was great. The waitress did a great job.
F&B needs more training. The waiting time at dinner is ridiculous. 20 minutes for 2 cans of coke. They had to get it from the main bar? They need to stock up their bar at the pavillon.
Had to wait almost 30 minutes to place an order at the pool bar. It wasn't even busy. Just the attention is missing.
Also the food at dinner was way too cold. It looked like they carry the food outside in this wind for some time. But who plates the food on cold plates anyways? Here they do
They should advise before booking that the indoor pool is included once per stay and you need to book your slot. Since it was super cold and windy we weren´t able to use the outdoor pool but regardless you get only 1 hour at the indoor onme.
The lady at the Spa reception was pretty rude. Apparently, you have to be super silent while being in the pool since the treatment rooms are right adjacent. Also, we were not allowed to just have a look at the pool once we arrived since it had guests but when we were there she brought other people for a site inspection? Really? And another couple joined the pool too. What´s the point in booking a private slot and having to share the pool then.
At first glance, the hotel makes a strong impression. The architecture, pool area, and overall design are undeniably beautiful, and the surrounding landscape is stunning. Walks through the nearby desert were a real highlight and added a unique charm to the stay.
However, despite its visual appeal, the hotel lacks a certain soul and authenticity. The atmosphere feels somewhat sterile, and it never truly becomes a place where you feel at ease.
One major disappointment was the spa. Contrary to what was advertised, access is not included but comes at an additional entrance fee, which feels misleading and does not meet expectations for a hotel of this category.
The food was another weak point. Lunch by the pool was particularly disappointing—the pizza was undercooked and simply not enjoyable. Dinner was better in terms of quality, but still far from impressive. Charging €65 for a two-course meal is difficult to justify, especially for someone accustomed to dining regularly in Michelin-starred restaurants. The value for money here is clearly lacking.
The staff were consistently polite and made an effort, but the service style did not match the standard one might expect. Compared to high-end hospitality experiences, such as those in Morocco’s luxury hotels, the service felt overly submissive rather than professional and attentive at eye level. A more natural and confident interaction would have been preferable.
Another frustrating experience was with the hotel laundry service. A brand-new pair of trousers was damaged during cleaning, and despite raising the issue, no reimbursement or adequate compensation was offered. This was particularly disappointing and left a negative lasting impression.
In summary, while the hotel scores highly in terms of aesthetics and location, it falls short in delivering a truly high-quality, well-rounded experience. The lack of authenticity, questionable value for money, and service inconsistencies make it difficult to fully recommend.

Staying at Kasbah D’if was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a place where every little detail has been meticulously thought through.
The interior design is flawless, striking a perfect balance between luxury and authenticity. I loved that the entire property utilizes natural and local materials, creating a space that feels deeply connected to its surroundings while remaining incredibly chic.
The staff truly made our stay special; they friendly and discrete and seemed to anticipate our every need before we even asked. If you are looking for a peaceful resort to truly recharge, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kasbah D’if. It far exceeded our expectations!
J'adore👏👏👏👍👍👍
The Guest Relationship Manager - Mohamed Amine, was extremely good and give us full consideration and attention, he is a real gem 💎, the Spa is also amazing! Special thanks to Pierre the owner who pass by to great us !
Everything was great . Views , property, staff. Big shout out to hotel manager- he is everywhere to help you and make sure you happy like a superhero
There are 2 restaurants . Moroccan and international . Avoid Moroccan restaurant for dinner it is more pricey ( you have to order full course and it is pricey.
In international you can order full course or main + desert . It Is cheaper , has superior view and cheaper .
