Exceptional
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel for a weekend trip and it was a good experience overall. The room was clean and well-furnished, with working amenities like AC, TV, and Wi-Fi. Staff was polite and responsive. Only drawback was the limited breakfast choices, but for the price, it was definitely worth it.

Pros:

The hotel is ideal for solo or business travelers. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. Staff helped with early check-in, which was a big plus. Had a smooth experience overall.

Pros:

Had a peaceful stay. Room was properly cleaned, towels and bedsheets were fresh. The staff was helpful and always smiling. Just wished for more variety in food. Would definitely consider it again

Extremely poor service with veryyyy arrogant staff... they kept us waiting for straight 4 hours to get check in ... and were rude when we asked to let us check in... veryy unhygienic place..the rooms were not cleaned with all hair on the floor n mattress... the bathrooms were not cleaned

Booking.com should ensure info is authentic.
Pros:

Location was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel does not have proper lobby
The lift did not work
The bathroom was horrible and unclean. Of course, there was no soap/body wash.
No water provided - we had to buy water.
The breakfast was basic, not continental was stated on Booking.com. The tea was served in a plastic bag which we poured into a paper cup.
The pictures of rooms on Booking.com are complete fake.
As the platform on which hotels are listed, Booking.com has a responsibility to ensure that the information about the hotel is authentic. Booking.com has completely failed to do this. I doubt I will trust the information on Booking.com again.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

The place was in proximity of my office

Cons:

The room service was bad. They didn't provide breakfast on one of the days and didn't even adjust it.
Rooms are not properly maintained. Fan not working, no one comes to tidy the room daily, no bathroom kit provided, TV never works, AC isn't controllable from the remote, bedside switches are not available on both the sides ( one is totally taken off), rooms that are shown in the web as deluxe categories aren't the same in actual.
