Good price and reception
Pros:

We had a long layover in Luanda, having a 24h reception helped a lot. The hotel is near the Main Street to Luanda Bay, we walked to Fortaleza mall without any issues.

Cons:

Breakfast could go faster and in a more optimized way.

Main issue is the rate used from Kz to €/$ is not updated and you end up paying more money than you should

Pros:

Equipe muito prestativa na recepção para tirar dúvidas antes da hospedagem e para chamar taxi quando foi preciso.

Cons:

O local não é muito seguro na região e marcamos o café para 7h devido ao nosso voo, porém no horário ele não estava nem perto de ser servido. Só conseguimos comer dps das 07h25 o que quase nos custou o horário de chegada no aeroporto.

Pros:

This place has terrific staff - thanks Joseph - helpful security, modern rooms, terrific breakfast and restaurant. And located central.

Worst stay !!
Pros:

Nothing was nice to be liked !! Below average hotel. !!

Cons:

There is no place in the wash room, can’t even enter the wash room. Slight big built person I am sure cannot even use the wash room !!
I was fasting for the holy month of Ramadan and when u asked for plates and a bowl the person at the reception informed me you can’t eat in the room !!

Wow !! Is it a 5 star to have such rules even in the 5 star they don’t object !!

Pros:

Boa acomodação, funcionários extremamente simpaticos e solicitos! Ate cafe da manhã adiantado nos serviram, pois tinhamos de sair cedo para voo. Havia barulho na rua mas nao deu para ouvir nada do hotel, tem otimo isolamento acustico, noite foi tranquila.

Cons:

Meu quarto era para não fumantes porem estava com cheiro forte de cigarro.
Quarto e banheiro pequenos, mas equipados.

Decent place to stay in Luanda and near some other nice venues for food and beverages
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Although I don't speak Portuguese which is the local language, there was always someone available to help when any translation was necessary. The restaurant was nice and convenient and had a good breakfast buffet on weekdays with other options available on the weekends.

Cons:

It would have been nicer to have better communication with the property before arriving regarding transportation from the airport. There was a hotel shuttle advertised on booking.com, but it wasn't available during the time of my stay.

Pros:

Ótima localização, funcionários educados e atenciosos! O porteiro e o recepcionista foram muito prestativos. Fizemos o check-in antecipado sem problemas.

Pros:

Helpful staff, convenient location. Nice restaurant where I had dinner a couple of times, food is OK (beef is a bit tough)

Cons:

Payment is technically in USD but unless you pay by cash, they use their own local currency conversation for card transactions that had around a 7.5% mark-up over the spot rate

Damp issues
Pros:

Overall, staff were helpful and spoke good English. Location is central if you wanna walk around the centre and experience city life. Rooms were generally quiet, as long as the guard doesn't have an early phone call in the hallway

Cons:

Rooms were damp and especially the second one I stayed in had a severe damp and mould issue - my clothes stink after one night there. There was also some issue with the kitchen on Christmas day so I had to order a delivery which took ages. Water was not hot enough in one of the rooms

Average hotel in a good central location.
Pros:

Good central location within walking distance of waterfront and several Luanda sights. Supermarket also fairly close.
Helpful staff.
Reasonably priced mid-range hotel for Luanda.

Cons:

"Hot water" was lukewarm at best. Small room and very cramped bathroom. Breakfast could be better.
