Pros:

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, vor allem sauber und geräumig! Die Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar in ca. 30 Minuten. Aber mit einem taxi Grab für ungefähr 1 Eur geht noch schneller😉

Excellent Room & Welcoming Host!
Pros:

I’ve really enjoyed staying in Yen's House for three weeks. Yen has always been thoughtful and taken care of my room so well. When the cold wave hit, she proactively provided a heater and extra blankets, which made me feel truly warm and cared for while traveling alone :))

The room is bright and spacious, and the Wi-Fi is very stable, so I could work remotely without worries. The TV also comes with Netflix. It’s one unit per floor, so it’s very quiet with great soundproofing.

All in all, if you’re visiting Hanoi, I highly recommend staying at Yen’s House!

Мне все понравилось!
Pros:

Просторный, чистый номер.
Для удобства были тапочки, одноразовые зубные щетки и паста. Гель и шампунь.
Вода горячая была, стоило немного подождать пока она нагреется - это можно было регулировать и включить за 10 минут до приема душа.
Есть зеркало, фен, столик и стулья, чайник.
Убирались хорошо, хотя мы останавливались ненадолго.

Cons:

Территориально нужно быть готовым из отеля и в отеля из центра ездить на такси. Расстояние для ежедневной ходьбы многовато, минут 40.

Мы воспользовались услугой прачки, стоило 30 000 за 1 кг белья, но вещи не отстирались.
