Decent hotel in a convenient location and good value for money.
Pros:

Close to lots of bars and restaurants and a very busy area, but being tucked down a side street meant it was still quiet.
The room service food options were very good and getting breakfast was a real bonus.

Cons:

It was quite being down a side street but that meant no taxis could get down it. Not a big problem, I just had to walk 100yards to the end of the road.

Overall it was nice stay for a family. I would recommend this place.
Pros:

The rooms were clean enough for the family to stay. The staff was also quite responsive. Overall room facilities were ok. There were no slippers earlier, but when we asked, they provided us with a pair of slippers. The lift was there for upper floor rooms. A drinking RO water facility was there. AC and TV were working properly. We took some of our meals from the hotel itself and the food was nice.

Cons:

The location was not that good as it is situated in a crowded area. The bathrooms can be a little cleaner. The location at map didnt match with the onsite location so that can be fixed.

nothing absolute rubbish for the rating. i booked the hotel for its rating. i think all of its ratings are fake.

Cons:

The hotel was inside a very narrow lane, no taxies were going inside. also the address on google map is inaccurate. we ordered BF as it was complementary but on 1st day they served late. on the second day, we were told the BF has not been prepared as we had to leave early. at 9AM. and we told them in advance that we need the BF by 8:15, and he was keep on telling yes its done but when i went down to ask him he said its not yet cooked. the tap of wash basin in the washroom was broken. there was a smell of cigarettes in the corridor. it was in really narrow location as well.

Οι φωτογραφίες ήταν ψεύτικες, όλα βρωμούσαν, οι τοίχοι είχαν μούχλα. Υπήρχαν παντού κατσαρίδακια και ήταν απαράδεκτος που με χρέωσε μια ολόκληρη μέρα διαμονής για τις τρεις ώρες που έμεινα μέχρι να βρω που να πάω προκειμένου να φύγω από αυτό το πράγμα που η booking αποκαλεί ξενοδοχείο και του επιτρέπει να λειτουργεί στην πλατφόρμα της.

Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch sehr langsam und nicht aufmerksam. . Hotel liegt zentral in einer Seitenstraße, deswegen eher ruhig

Cons:

Nach 2 Monaten Indien das dreckigste Hotel mit dem wenigsten Komfort. Es ist feucht im Zimmer, die Kleidung ist feucht, Handtücher trocknen nicht über Nacht, Armatur der Dusche defekt, schwierig sich zu waschen, Bettwäsche mit Flecken und Löcher, Türschloss defekt. Täglich mussten wir an Kaffee, Tee,WC Papier und Handtücher erinnern und mussten ewig darauf warten.Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Wassrkocher auf Anfrage. Absolut keine Empfehlung, der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt,auch wenn es günstig scheint!
