Took the option of upgrading our room to the one with a small balcony, after having an opportunity to see various rooms
Quiet and clean hotel, only a couple of rooms occupied in off season, so a very relaxing stay only 5 mins walk away from the beach

Accommodating colleague at the reception, helped with organising our transfer to Hanoi at the end of our stay
The hotel is located in a newly developed part of the city, which for us was actually a very interesting experience — it felt almost like a deserted town. The only downside was the limited choice of restaurants nearby, as we had to walk a bit to find a place to eat.
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay 😊

This area is totally deserted this time of year.

Отличный персонал-предварительно был заказан трансфер по прилёту из Ханоя и экскурсия в бухту Халонг( все понравилось,т.к спланировали на солнечный по прогнозу день. И ранний выезд на экскурсию,т.к. дешевле и меньше людей,кот. едут из других городов).
С персонал советовалась по массажу.
Купил билет на слип-бас.

Location is odd. The area feels like a ghost town. There was nobody around and loads of buildings left uninhabited

The room was comfortable with a huge bed (it was a tad firm but that seems normal in SEA. It was all clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The location is odd, we were the only tourists around and there’s not many restaurants and shops near.
i like quiet places and this was a great choice. New hotel, clean, fully equipped, especially very close to the beach and entertainment spots. Friendly and funny reception. They assisted me in booking cruise tickets to visit Ha Long Bay.
The English of the reception is not very good. Hope next time will improve.
