המלון ישן אבל מתוחזק ברמה טובה מאוד, נקי, מתקנים טובים.
ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה מספיק מגוונת, שאר הארוחות היו בסדר, לא גורמה אבל אפשר למצוא מה לאכול
Všetko bolo viac ako úžasné, upratovanie úplne top, čerstvé kvety na izbe, milý, jedlo famózne, veľký výber, rozmanité, bohaté, úplne skvelé reštaurácie. Animátori absolútny obdiv,veselé, milé hlavne Ola 1,2 , Magdalena .
Pohodlné postele, dobrá klíma, super osvetlenie.
Izby krásne, čisté. Všade blízko k moru, bazén čistý, teplý, topka.
Určite sa vrátime, odporúčam. Zažijete dovolenku snov ❤️

My family paid directly at the hotel at it was cheaper ,
Its not fair
Very clean and very friendly staff and we had everything we needed.
Too many stairs and lifts getting across to car park/ breakfast , maybe side access for cars would be better from our block 2. Entertainment for kids could also be more of a disco!
The staff everywhere was very attentive. The kids club staff was exceptional and very engaged with the kids, my daughters loved going there! The dinner buffet was mostly tasty and the food and the pool bar was delicious.
The hotel maybe was a 5 star in the past, it is not longer one. Our stay was severely let down by poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and subpar service. Our room suffered from water leaks, unstable Wi-Fi, poor soundproofing through the connecting door, and a broken bunk bed. The outdoor areas were equally neglected, featuring a dirty beach, unenforced pool lounger limits, burnt grass, and cigarette butts scattered around the seating areas. Coupled with a lack of basic amenities like water fountains on the guest floors and extremely slow, unprofessional service at the Italian restaurant, the overall experience fell far short of expectations.

Gyönyörű szálloda, gyönyörű helyen. Nagyon finom ételek, maximális odafigyeles.
Ami nem tetszett es ez nem a szálloda hibája, a turisták hanyagsága, hogy a medence mellett hagyják elszórva a szemetet. Lehet a szállodának több figyelem felhivó táblát kellene kiraknia, hogy vigyázzunk a tisztaságra. A másik pedig, hogy nem lehetett élvezni a tengert, mert annyi szemét volt benne.
