Not recommended.
Pros:

The location, the temperature of the room and the breakfast.

Cons:

It was dirty, the cleaning lady only collected the trash, sometimes she didn't even change the towels that we didn't have anywhere to hang. Bad quality of internet, not enough plugs.

Pros:

Завтрак был неплохим. Единственное, что было нормальным в этом отеле. Расположение отеля отличное. Близко к парку. Рядом есть метро и трамвай.

Cons:

Комната была ужасной. Состояние отеля и нашей комнаты были ужасными. Туалет забился, номер и отель старый, неухоженный, очень шумно, соседей было очень сильно слышно. Подушки очень жесткие. Номер тесный. С окон дуло, при том, что они были плотно закрыты.

Lo que más el personal, es maravilloso, sobre todo Apolo nos brindó una atención genial y muy simpático, nos ayudó en todo momento y nos hizo sentir como en casa.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación no tiene ventana cerrada, entonces hacia frío. El desayuno es poco variado.

Hat Potenzial
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage – zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön geht insbesondere an Herr Murat und Herr Ferhat, die mit ihrer Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben.

Auch die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, sodass wir jede Nacht erholsam schlafen konnten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einseitig und wenig abwechslungsreich. Zudem wurde unser Aufenthalt durch ständiges Bohren und Baulärm erheblich gestört. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich negativ beeinflusst hat.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel Potenzial, sollte aber vor allem bei Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Ruhe deutlich nachbessern.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was clean.Staff was friendly and helpful. Abdullah (Apo) was very helpful in guiding us how to go different places via tram and Lutfullah gave us his Istanbul card for travel and even showed us how and where to top up.
Location of hotel is excellent a couple of minutes from GUlhane park and 5 mins to Hagia Sofia.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected.

La colazione molto banale e non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Abbiamo chiesto una spremuta o succo ma in tre giorni non sono riusciti a fornirla

Cons:

Siamo arrivati e ci hanno mandati per la prima notte in un'altra struttura (che oltretutto costava molto meno) perchè l'albergo era pieno: nella prenotazione non c'erano problemi e nessuno ci ha avvertito del disagio. Il bagno era imbarazzante, la porta non si chiudeva, era piccolissimo e non riuscivi ad aprire completamente la porta perchè sbatteva contro il vaso. No ha assolutamente i requisiti riscontrati nelle foto.

اعجبني موقع الفندق كثيرا قريب من القطار و العبارات (السفن) والمطاعم وكل شيء والحديقة حتى
