Superb and friendly managers and people managing the hotel.

Overall decent room for the location.

Secure gates.

Good location for taxis to come we used indrive.

Cons:

It's actually the wrong address on booking.com the access is from the back road at 16th street.

A great stay in karachi
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and big. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. They couldn't do enough.
They made fresh tea whenever we wanted and also booked transfers to wherever we wanted to go and always spoke in a very polite and respectful way. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff was very polite and willing to help and accommodate us. They offered us to change to a nicer room than the one we had booked with no extra charge. They accepted us to check in at 5:30a.m. (due to our early flight) although the check in opens at 1p.m. The next day they offered us a nice breakfast after the official serving hours and they didn't even let us pay for it.

Cons:

Although it is mentioned in their booking.com page that there is a free airport transfer arranged by them, later on they informed us that it comes with an extra charge and that they would advise us to take a cab right outside of the airport. Although this is not a complaint on the facilities or the staff, the location of the hotel is really residential. So it's good to mention that you would need a cab to reach nearby stores (the usual practice in Karachi), which makes it uncomfortable to walk in the neighborhood (which is not unusual in the city).

Very very ordinary, don’t go by the photoshoot of the rooms.

Location is ok,

Cons:

Bathrooms lack basic amenities, very small and uncomfortable. The floor mats are also dirty. Bedding was pretty stale.
