Pros:

I only stayed at the hotel for 4 hours and checked out because I was uncomfortable with the level of security. Cannot comment on anything I liked.

Cons:

The hotel has a secure door, but because of a malfunction with the elevator, a second door was being left open to the street with no security and full access to the hotel. The front desk said they "kept and eye on it" but they sat with their back to the door. The tap and shower in my room did not work. The photos make the property look a lot nicer than it actually was.

Please prepare a bottle of water at least. There is no water provided. The kettle is too unpleasant to boil water. Please provide some tissues as well.

The location is good, many shops around.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom was very bad. The bathroom floor was mossy and quite slippery. The water also drained very slowly, causing it to accumulate on the floor while showering.

Pros:

Location quite strategic to klia airport & putrajaya. Room very clean. Shower, bed, Cupboard all brand new.

Cons:

Since no bottled/mineral water provided in room, had to go to a different floor with my jug to collect filtered water. Maybe they need to install one at each floor.
