My first room had old furniture.
The guest next door to me when they flush the toilet you can hear the water filling up - they need to check the plumbing or sound proof the rooms.
The Night shift Manager Mr Ikeraam Davids changed my room to a more modern room and everything was so much better.

The welcoming was good and the location is good. Clean room with perfect view.

Cons:

Had a problem with the booking. Well i booked online, paid and on arrival, was told i booked 2 diff rooms which meant i and my wife were on 11th floor while my kids (4,10, 13) had their room on the 6th floor. Luckily with the help of the reception they managed to put us in one family room, but still it meant we had a room we had paid for but won't use. Unfotunately we couldn't even get a refund for it.

Come evening, there was a menu chat in the room, we checked the menu, went down to the restaurant, but somehow we were told we can't order, there is only buffet so we had to go out to the streets we are unfamiliar with, on a windy night, with kids, to look for something to eat.
