I will defeitely use it again.
Pros:

I did the Cape Town Cycle Tour and I could cycle to the start. Breakfast was early enough that I could enjoy it before the start although I also took something along. Staff was helpful to keep my luggage until somebody can fetch it.

Disappointing and room facilities unacceptable.
Pros:

The room was outdated. The air-con did not work. The bathroom facilities where shocking. There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The coach was stained, carpets old, curtains dirty..... The breakfast offering was not good. The muffins and croissants where hard with cockroaches running around.....

Pequeno almoço e jantar do tipo Bufett. A disponibilidade dos funcionários em prestar ajuda sempre que precisamos, quer a nível de direções ou sugestões de sítios para visitar. Finalmente um ambiente bem seguro.
