Cons:

The water pressure in our shower was awful. And they now charge for parking in the hotel if you book with booking.com

On my next visit to Hull, I will definitely stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

Great location only a 5 minutes walk from the train station.

Cons:

Poor internet connection.

Not what I expect. But it was inexpensive and centrally located.
Pros:

Location was in a pretty run down part of city centre.

Cons:

Rooms very basic and water not drinkable so had to fetch drinking water. The door an lock looked flimsy. Overall it did not give the overall impression of being secure.

Could have done with more hangers as standard in the wardrobe
Maybe an extra chair/table to put suitcases/bags on
Wall hanger for coats perhaps
TV not on the right wall
Few extra sockets for charging etc not just near the kettle area

Very welcoming, clear instructions regarding door locking times etc, room was spotless and comfy

The water pressure was a bit weak but not sure what you can do about that

Recommend.
Pros:

Lots of good things about this stay. Good free wifi (did conference calls in the morning), great breakfast, friendly staff, comfy beds, central location, free parking. Looked like a decent bar also. 30 minutes walk to the football (reason for coming).

Cons:

Was bit cold in the room and couldn't find how to change.
