Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit guter Lage um Sardinien zu entdecken.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss zur Beach und zum Einkaufen.

Cons:

Es hat keinen Staubsauger und im Wohnbereich könnte etwas gemütlicher sein.

Un concediu perfect.
Pros:

Ne-au placut compartimentarea spatiului de locuit, potrivita pentru 5 adulti si un copil, cele 2 terase, bucataria utilata si gratarul exterior, dotarea corespunzatoare. Am apreciat ca locatia a fost securizata si ca am avut acces la piscina. Ne-am simtit ca acasa.

Pros:

Great location and the local town/market is wonderful. The local beach is busy, but lovely in the morning, as is the local Forrest/coast line. Great location.

Cons:

WiFi was erratic and never reached the pool…which is unusual!
Recycling - very complicated and boxes provided are not sufficient for an apartment for 6 people.

Pros:

I am very pleased to leave this feedback about the wonderful time we had in August 2025 at Residence ENAJA-Luxuri Retreat. The house is in a very cozy spot, with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset on one side, and the sea on the other. All the houses are arranged in a way that keeps privacy and peace. There are terraces on both sides, so you can always find shade or shelter from the wind. Guests can relax without disturbing each other, and there is also a great swimming pool on the property.

Inside, the house is furnished with wooden furniture that meets European standards. It has a high wooden ceiling, so at night it stays cool enough to sleep even without air conditioning. The furniture is all new, just like the house itself. Everything is very clean, with no dampness at all. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishes. The sea and all the local infrastructure are close by. I believe this is probably the most comfortable place to stay in this region. I highly recommend it.

Lovely accommmodation but location next to a main road was disapppointing.
Pros:

Very high standard accommodation - attractive buildings, garden, decor,huge fridge. Very clean. Nice pool with lots of sunbeds. Good air conditioning.

Cons:

The view from our terrace was of the main road and roundabout and large supermarket sign. It was not a nice view and noisy with the cars. It would have been better if they had put the terrace facing the pool. The roof terrace had no furniture on it. Not enough soft/sofa seating for our family of 5 - indoors or outdoors. I was looking forward to spending time on the terrace relaxing but the view and noise made it unpleasant. More information about beaches would have been good - which ones you need to book (and how to do that), which ones are quieter at this time of year, what time to get there before the car park gets full etc.

Pros:

Idéal en famille, on a notre petite maison pour nous, super bien équipée (lave linge, lave vaisselle, cuisine au top, parasol et jouets de plage....), et on profite de la piscine de l'hôtel, avec jacuzzi, et du matériel à disposition (bouées, matelas, ballons....).
L'hôtel est aussi très bien situé, à qq minutes à pied d'une super plage, et idéal entre le nord et le sud de la côte est.

Pros:

This place was stunning. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with great recommendations. The apartment was extremely tidy and had everything we needed. We had such a great stay, and the pool is also a lovely addition.

Lovely holiday!
Pros:

Excellent service, location, interior and equipment. High speed Internet, nice pool to enjoy sunset. View of the sea. Proximity to Budoni, restaurants and beach.
