Die Lage. Man hat zwar zwei 7eleven nebenan und ATMs und Massagemöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe aber um etwas zu sehen und erleben, ist es erst mal abgelegen. Ist natürlich günstog mit dem 10B Bus zu fahren dorthin aber um sich mal kurz auszuruhen vom Shopping, kannst du nicht mal kurz rüber ins Zimmer...

لا يوجد ماء ساخن للاستحمام الا بعد عدة اتصالات ليفتحو الماء الساخن من الخزان الرئيسي طلبت مكواه وجابو لي مكواه قاعدتها سوده قلت له لا اعتقد انها غير جيده جاب لي 3 مكواه كلهم اسوء من بعض اضطريت اختار افضل السي وعند موعد عيدميلادي كنت شاريه لبس خاص لهده المناسبه وبدات اكوي الفستان على الرغم لم اجعل المكواه حاره جدا وللاسف حرقت فستاني وحزنت جدا وبالاخص لانه لمناسبة عيد ميلادي وتواصلت مع بوكينج لانني اطالب بتعويض ولدي التصوير وكل شي وناطره التواصل معي ، بعد مشكله كبيره وسوء اداره وسوء خدمات جابو لي مكواه جيده ماركة تيفال ولكن بعد ماذا بعد ما احترق فستاني وانا قلت لهم اعتقد المكواه ليست جيده وقالوا لي جيده وبالنهايه انا الذي ضاع يومي وفسد وخسرت الفستان

الاستقبال لايجيدون الانجليزيه واذا رؤونا من الخارج يتم التكلم بلغتهم مع نظرات غريبه وضحك في ما بينهم وهذا الشي لا يليق بفندق كانني داخلها منزلهم وليس استقبال ولا يوجد ماء ساخن للاستحمام الا بعد عدة اتصالات لكي يفهموا ويفتحوا الماء الساخن الرئيسي للفندق ولا يوجد مطبخ او مطعم بالفندق وفجاه تنطفأ الكهرباء ولكن ترجع بسرعه والغرف مدهونه بلونين احمر واصفر مما يجعل الاقامه بها تثير الاعصاب نوعا ما

Pros:

Nice hotel, good staff, the room is always clean and bright.
You can use the gym and swimming pool of the neighboring large hotel, which is a 5-minute walk away. We didn’t go to the sea, so I can’t say anything about the distance to the sea and the quality of the beach and water.

Cons:

Very, very expensive breakfasts: 11-12 dollars (400 baht) per person. Such a high price does not correspond to the range of breakfasts, country and region. It was unpleasant and left a negative memory of the hotel. Breakfast in a hotel of this level should not exceed 200 baht per person. There is no opportunity to have breakfast nearby, there are no cafes, no restaurants that offer breakfast, or these restaurants are very dirty. Unreasonably expensive breakfasts are a big minus for the entire hotel and a mistake of the hotel manager. For this reason, I do not recommend this hotel for bed and breakfast.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the desired temperature in the room; the temperature control in the room does not work. The room was very cold when the A/C was on or hot when the A/C was off.
For these two reasons, the overall rating for the hotel was reduced.

I got very high value for the price I paid :-)
Pros:

I was able to use the pool and beach area of the neighboring Zign - Hotel, which was great! Very clean, modern, high-class, and quiet rooms. Everything worked fine. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Very good, european Coffee-Machine in the Breakfast area.

Cons:

Breakfast more for asians suitable than europeans (except for the great coffee) and a bit overpriced. Area around the hotel seems not the very best, but felt safe enough.

Very clean room. Located in close proximity to The Sanctuary of Truth museum.

Cons:

No room service available, even though advertised on Booking.com. Staff speak average English, I had to use Google Translate to explain my questions. Arriving late, their security staff turned my taxi away and we almost drove off, no questions asked. I had to stop the car and demand to go back to the building 😅

Breakfast options at the hotel's restaurant are acceptable, but limited. I had to look for other places to eat, which are not easily available in the neighborhood. This isn't a very busy corner, just a few business around. I opted for a taxi ride to a shopping mall to eat.

The lovely staff made my stay exceptional.
Pros:

All the staff were amazing and very helpful. Rooms were great and kept clean. Will be back for the finished resort and spectacular pool to come.

Cons:

Only issue was the pool out front. Needed cleaning because filter was not working. Newer building normally has an issue.
