Pros:

Отличный отель! Рядом все достопримечательности (Дотомбори, Намба и т п) Очень просторный и есть абсолютное все для проживания. Рядом много комбини. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный.

Charmant petit appartement bien tenu.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, chambre petite mais bien agencée, literie très confortable.

Cons:

Personne dans l’hôtel!
les explications de codes , clés à récupérer dans une boîte parmi une trentaine d’autres: les explications ont été reçues par mail en japonais: grosse galère pour rentrer dans l’hôtel en self service: il y avait au même moment deux autres couples, des chinois et des brésiliens qui « galéraient » tout comme nous, au bout de 10 minutes nous avons tous réussi à comprendre comment récupérer ces satanées clés!
C’est gonflé de laisser les hôtes se débrouiller comme ça à distance …
Dommage car joli petit appartement, même si situé au dessus de la voie rapide.

Superb
Pros:

The location, facilities, functionality, decor and cleanliness were amazing!! Adored the flow of the place and all of the utilities! Having a washing machine and a dryer (the shower has drying settings) was so handy. Good building, quiet area. Will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

A great little home away from home in a great part of Osaka.
Pros:

This was a great apartment for a short stay in Osaka. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was prompt, friendly and great value for money. The Tamade Supermarket just around the corner was a bonus. The apartment is walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonburi. Excellent!

Cons:

The kitchen lacked essential cooking utensils and a toaster, which was a little disappointing. Otherwise, all good!

Good size room but not much value for money I guess
Pros:

Check in / check out is really easy and convenient, the apartment is good size and even has a small sofa. The room has large windows so it’s really light in a nice way. A universal plug adaptor was provided which was really appreciated.

Cons:

Location is not so close to the underground and a not so short walk to the city center, I think it’s not bad but not great either. The bed is small but to be expected in Japan, but with two separate sets of blankets that were huge compared to the bed size which was a little uncomfortable (not a huge deal!)
What was really annoying though was the smell from the sink, it was okayish the first day we were there but it got quite bad the second day, luckily it didn’t make it to the bedroom so we at least had a odourless sleep! I guess we wouldn’t complain if this was a very cheap stay, but it wasn’t so it could have been better

Pros:

Nice neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and a few restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to Dotombori and train station. Although we didn’t meet the hotel staff in-person, they were very accessible by email. They responded to messages within minutes. I left something in my hotel room and they were kind enough to mail it to my next accommodation.

Cons:

Our apartment (#903) was directly above the highway so it was quite noisy during the day. Fortunately, there was very little traffic at night, so we didn’t have a problem sleeping. It would have been nice to have a few extra supplies in the kitchen. There was a couple of bowls and chop sticks, but we only had one plate, one fork, no knives, two coffee cups, but no glassware.

Overall, a convenient, clean and great place to stay.
Pros:

Convenient location and self contained.
Kitchen, laundry and drying facilities made our stay easy and comfortable.

Cons:

Instead of a sofa, a small dining table and 2 chairs would be more useful.
There was good clothes hanging space, but no other storage.
