Overall it was a hassle full stay.
Pros:

Garden, owner was polite.

Cons:

Series of incidents happened during our stay, at first we noticed leak in the sink pipe and when we informed the caretaker, I was caught by surprise that they already knew and still the gave us that room.
The next morning there was no electricity and water for quite sometimes, it was a terrible experience.
They offered us a different room, which seemed okay at first however the AC and the TV was not working…. Omg I have never had such bad experiences.

Pros:

The garden was very beautiful, it was nice, quiet and peaceful, away from main road noise, the owner is the nicest lady, room was clean and cosy with quite a lot of space, very good value for money

the toilet sometimes didnt flush properly

Pros:

Очень красивая территория вокруг, много зелени, цветов. Мы приезжали поздно ночью , чисто переночевать, а утром надо было рано уезжать. Хозяйку не видели, она просто положила нам на ресепшн ключи. Мы потом туда же их вернули. Хорошие, чистые номера.
