Pros:

Gym and swimming pool on site. Rel.good equipment.

Cons:

No shops or restaurants directly around. AND MOST EMBARRASSING: I had ca.3 clothes (t-shirts, swimming trunk or so) hanging INSIDE the appartelle at the window (opened for 3 inches) because otherwise not drying at all. A security guard knocked on my door at 7 something AM (luckily I was not sleeping anymore) and said: "REMOVE THOSE CLOTHES." Well, I was really consterned by this hypocritical and snobistic approach (I was at the 6th floor with an identical tower opposite to us, even almost all windows curtained).
