Pros:

Отель очень красивый, персонал приветливый. Завтрак средний, нас удивило что нет тостов, но есть шампанское. Как говорится, каждому свое.

Geen vriendelijk en goed gekwalificeerd personeel.
Een paar dagen ervoor in het Pullman Axis Towers geweest: dit was helemaal top!
Het Artizan Design komt niet over als een 5 sterren hotel

청결하고 조식이 풍성했습니다

부킹닷컴에서
이틀을 예약했는데 둘째날은 새벽에 공항에 가야하므로 조식을 생략하는 예약을 했습니다
그런데 어찌된영문인지 이틀의 예약이 따로 됐다며 방을 한번 옮겨야하는 불편을 겪어야 했습니다
조식만 안포함된거지 룸 컨디션은 동일하게 예약했었습니다

Замечательная локация, удобные номера, все необходимое в наличии. Отличный разнообразный завтрак!

Cons:

Есть конечно вопросы к сервису, все просьбы отрабатывались неспеша и с 3-го напоминания.
Заказывали дополнительную услугу в виде трансфера на концерт - считаю, что провал как со стороны компании-организатора, так и отеля.
Из обидного - не поздравили с днем рождения, который пришелся на день выезда.

it’s a beautifully designed hotel. the location is great, not at the very center so it’s not too loud. the rooms although small are well thought out, there’s enough space. loved the light inside the room. the bathroom is pretty and clean. the restaurant downstairs is nice, food is good, staff is friendly.

Cons:

for me the point of staying at the design hotel is, well, to enjoy it and I do so by taking pictures of the place. when I took out my compact fuji camera I was approached by two guards who said it’s against the hotel policy. I explained that I’m taking pictures for myself, not for commercial purposes or smth, but they didn’t allow me to do so. I later talked to the receptionist, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. the next day a general manager also asked me about the purpose of photos and allowed it, but the light and the vibe was gone at that point.

the bed was quite awful. the mattress is so soft, any pillow is hurting your neck. the mattress moves with your every move, it’s like sleeping on a water mattress.

at 8 am I heard someone knocking at my door, thought it was a mistake, but they were persistent. turns out it was housekeeping. at 8 am. when I spend a night at the hotel and trying to get some rest before leaving at the airport.

to sum up, it’s a beautiful place but design doesn’t matter when you can’t cover your guests’ basic needs like privacy, comfortable bed, and letting people enjoy the space you’ve curated. overall a disappointment

Отель не соответствует заявляемым 5 звездам по уровню сервиса и обслуживанию

Внутренняя отделка

Cons:

1) в номере нет шкафа/тумбы куда можно разместить одежду, только 2-3 вешалки, чего категорически не достаточно
2) количество полотенец в номере каждый день было разным и только в один день из 5 был полный комплект
3) качество обслуживания в ресторане отеля (когда заказ по меню) - ниже среднего. Не дождешься официанта, посуду не убирают
