Doesn't have basic lift facility. Though I had mentioned that there would be a senior citizen with us the booking staff never mentioned this basic information and we were in for a shock when we were told that our allocated room was on the second floor. We had to carry out belongings ourselves since there was no other staff. Further the Air conditioner in the room was not working and when I demand another room or refund the staff reluctantly allotted another room after i mentioned that I would it would only be for the night (we reached at 10pm) and would check out the next day. Was charged 6k at booking.com however the staff told me that the actual rate for the room was 4.3k

The description of the room was incorrect. It was very small and basic. No safe, no sofa, no products. Sheets not clean The front and reception looked great until you got to your room. We asked at reception about the above, and they said booking.com were incorrect and showed the facilities for the executive room instead of the delux room.
Awful experience
No power backup and wrongly mention about Lift . It is a congested staircase only .
Faulty AC stabiliser in room was doing ON for few seconds and OFF for minutes . NO ceiling FAN is a disaster.
No toiletries till ask.
Less service staff who were best at their multi services.
No tea coffee out of breakfast and snacks timing .

The hotel is about 10mins driving distance from Sri Shanta Durga temple Ponda.
The rooms were too small. The hot water kettle was not working. There is no lift. The restaurant food was too salty and unpalatable.
Front desk staff was not responsive and not communicative. There was nobody at the front desk in the morning when we badly wanted support to solve problems. Next morning there was no body at the restaurant.
We were a big group with elders and kids and it was rough on everyone - not visiting again.
