Delicious breakfast comfy bed lovely place.
The charm of this location was excellent. I have been dreaming of staying in a New England Bed and Breakfast for years and 165 was adorable and in a great walkable location.
The room could have been a little cleaner (a noticeable amount of dust/cobwebs and questionable blanket cleanliness) but all other amenities and the location of 165 were great.
Location was great. I left prior to breakfast hour.
The Nespresso coffee maker didn’t work and I really could have used that at 5:45 am.
The carpet was a bit dirty looking.

The Inn was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations. Arthur was amazing and welcomed us with such warmth and friendliness that we were instantly charmed! He gave us many suggestions for biking, pickleball and dining. We sat on the front porch after a busy day of biking and exploring the area and enjoyed a concert on the green right across from the inn. The entire staff was so lovely and accommodating, they all made us feel at home. We would definitely return!!!

I met a friend for dinner. We dined on the porch and had a very nice meal with a great waiter serving. Nice waitress at breakfast too.
