Ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente della struttura è stato lo stile inconfondibile, caldo ed elegante, che richiama perfettamente l’atmosfera di montagna e di neve. Ogni ambiente trasmette una sensazione di accoglienza e comfort, come se nulla fosse lasciato al caso.

Tutto è curato nel minimo dettaglio, dall’arredamento ai materiali scelti, dall’ordine degli spazi alla pulizia impeccabile, creando un insieme armonioso e raffinato. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e l’attenzione che lo staff dedica alla struttura e all’esperienza degli ospiti.

Un gesto che ho apprezzato in modo particolare è stata la gentilezza e la sensibilità dimostrata nei confronti del mio cane: i regali che mi hanno lasciato sono stati davvero super apprezzati e rappresentano un’attenzione rara, che fa sentire ospiti a tutti gli effetti anche i nostri amici a quattro zampe.

Nel complesso, la struttura gratifica pienamente sotto ogni punto di vista: estetico, funzionale ed emotivo. È un luogo in cui ci si sente coccolati, rilassati e valorizzati come ospiti, e che lascia un ricordo estremamente positivo, tanto da desiderare di tornarci senza esitazione.
