A culinary delight. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes. Each meal was a gastronomic adventure. Coupled with impeccable service, dining here was a highlight of our stay.
Don't even think of going here...only the location is good. Don't trust the images of the hotel..it's fake.
I didn't like any thing.
Amazing value for such high‑end quality. The modern bathroom had great lighting and water pressure. Housekeeping was meticulous. Front‑desk staff handled our requests quickly and graciously.
Property was good from outside
Beds were not clean, sheets were not clean, patches of dust on sheets, toilet and bathroom was very unhygienic, room service was not answering calls, AC and TV was not working, Cupboard had no lock, seems it was broken. Overall it was worst experience
NO Breakfast done after seeing other conditions
very poor cleanliness. Washroom was not clean at all. Chair given was having too much dust. There was no power back up and TV was also not working and Wifi was very poor.
The room was filthy, with dust and stains everywhere. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
The bathroom was smelly and unhygienic. The water taps were rusty and the towels provided were dirty.
Bedsheets and pillow covers were stained. I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping on the bed.
The AC/fan didn’t work properly, and when I complained, the staff just ignored it.
The hotel pictures online were completely misleading. In reality, the place was poorly maintained and depressing.
The service was unprofessional. Calls for cleaning or basic facilities went unanswered.
The overall atmosphere was unsafe and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.
They only use it for couples and are having fun because you literally can't stay here.

The shower was broken, dead cockroach, dustbin was not emptied before, towels were dirty, there were cigarette butts lying in washroom,
Accommodation and hospitality is good in terms of room space, cleanliness, quality of things used. Staff are well disciplined, only necessary talks been accepted. Food wise no comments every hotel has got different tastes in serving (high level-hygiene) and of course no comments on location spot because of the city view.
Price may look higher, but it is again meant for luxury what we experience over there. I would prefer such a stay point and also recommend this place to my friends.

I stayed here for one night . Location is good to stay in Wakad as I had a business meeting and I was really surprised to see the hospitality provided in the amount I paid. Staff is co operative and really nice . Overall good stay for budget travellers.
