Это камерный бутик-отель, где каждый номер уникален: с предметами искусства, росписью на стенах и историческими деталями. Мы жили в люксе с французским балконом — очень атмосферно. Персонал приятный и ненавязчивый. Завтраки по меню (два блюда на выбор) отличные: от крок-мадам и авокадо-тостов до каш и любых блюд из яиц. Визуально все продумано до мелочей. Отель идеален для эстетов, но есть один существенный минус: прямо за углом находится шумная барная улица. Несмотря на новые стеклопакеты, ночью в номере сильно слышен гул.

The hotel's affiliation with the BONJOUR group is evident in its high-quality service and design. It is an intimate boutique hotel where each room is unique, featuring original art, wall murals, and preserved historical details. We stayed in a suite with a French balcony, which was very atmospheric. The staff is pleasant and unobtrusive. The à la carte breakfast (choice of two dishes) is excellent, offering everything from croque-madame and avocado toast to porridge and eggs in any style. Visually, every detail is well-thought-out. The hotel is perfect for aesthetes, but there is one major drawback: a noisy bar street right around the corner. Despite the new soundproof windows, the noise is still very noticeable at night.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We stayed there for 4 nights, which was perfect to visit the different parts of Istanbul. Public transfer and Uber within walking distance. We had the biggest room of the hotel which is perfect for a family (with 4).

Great location and the apartment itself, very helpful and friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay 10/10.

A beautiful building with clean and modern rooms. The lobby smells divine! We took advantage of the hotel’s offer to organize transport from and to the airport (IST). The rates very reasonable and having transport pre-arranged took the stress out of arrival and departure day, would recommend to others staying here in the future.

Отличная локация: куча кафе/ресторанов, торговая улица, метро, туннель и т.д., чистый номер, достаточно места, грамотно организовано хранения вещей, есть завтраки, вежливый и проф. персонал. Завтраки вкусные и полезные, выбор по меню + выкладка.
С крыши прекрасный вид в хорошую погоду.

Property is well located, close to night life spots and a lot of food options

This is a first class five star hotel in a beautiful neighborhood, which is a quick metro ride to all the big sites in Istanbul. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was wonderfully welcoming, particularly one gentlemen by the name of Mustafa. He was our go to guy when it came to directions and restaurants and anything else you needed. It was a great location with many restaurants within walking distance and the metro just down the street. An easy metro ride to Suntanamet and the Blue Mosque. Everything worked as it should and at a very reasonable price for this city. Room 403 had a great view of the Galata tower. I can’t say enough how glad we are that we stayed here. It reminds me of Ritz Carlton quality.
