טובה מאד המלצתי למגורים וחברים
Pros:

ביום הראשון לקח קצת זמן להבין מיקום כי השם or ya suite לא היה מוכרעלידי המקומיים רק אחרי השיחה עם הנציג. הבנתי את המיקום המדויק אחרי ש נמסר החדר הכל היה לשבועות רצוני

שהייה מאכזבת מאוד, בעיות תחזוקה וניקיון, ותחושת חוסר פרטיות ואי־נוחות,חשד לעוקץ והונאה מצד בעל הדירה
Pros:

המיקום מצוין – כ־5 דקות הליכה מהטיילת, ויש נוף יפה לים. הבניין עצמו מרשים והדירה נראית חדשה ומעוצבת, עם מיטה נוחה ואווירה טובה בהגעה.

עם זאת, החוויה בפועל הייתה מאכזבת מאוד ולא תואמת את המחיר הגבוה. רמת הניקיון בינונית עד נמוכה – היו סימנים שלא נוקה היטב, עובש באמבטיה ואף חרקים מתים. בנוסף, הייתה סתימה במקלחת והזכוכית/דלת באמבטיה הייתה שבורה, מה שגרם למים לצאת החוצה בזמן מקלחת.

סידור הדירה לא נוח – הטלוויזיה ממוקמת מול הספה ולא ניתנת לצפייה מהמיטה. הספה עצמה הייתה עם כתם. יש לקחת בחשבון גם חניה בתשלום.

בנוסף, היו אי־התאמות לתמונות: השולחנות שמופיעים בתמונות ליד הספה אינם קיימים בפועל, ובפינת הישיבה יש כיסא שבור. הדירה אינה מאובזרת כפי שמוצג – הקומקום ישן ומלוכלך, ובחדר הרחצה לא היה ציוד בסיסי (סבון כלים מהול במים).

חוויית הפרטיות הייתה חמורה במיוחד: שעת הצ'ק־אאוט היא 12:00, אך כבר ב־11:00 צלצלו בפעמון, ולאחר כדקה – כאשר לא פתחנו – מנקה (גבר) פתח את הדלת מבחוץ ונכנס, בזמן שעדיין היינו בדירה ומתארגנים. מדובר בחדירה חמורה ולא מקובלת לפרטיות.

מעבר לכך, לאחר שפרסמתי חוות דעת כנה, בעל הדירה פנה אליי בוואטסאפ וכתב:
"ראיתי את הביקורת, הייתי שמח שהיית אומרת לי את זה ישירות אבל לא נורא. לענייננו – האשראי לא עובר, אשמח שתעשי לי ביט/פייבוקס או שאשלח לך לינק לתשלום."
בפועל, התשלום ירד בכרטיס האשראי שלי. בקשה להעברת תשלום מחוץ לפלטפורמה לאחר ביצוע תשלום מעלה חשד לניסיון עקיצה והתנהלות לא תקינה.

בנוסף לכך, הייתה הטרדה מתמשכת לאחר הביקורת – בעל הדירה התקשר שוב ושוב, ואף שלח גורמים מטעמו לפנות אליי. פנתה אליי אישה בשם אביה אזולאי מטעמו, אשר שלחה הודעה נוספת בנושא תשלום, כולל לינק חשוד שבו נטען כי פרטי האשראי שלי "שמורים במערכת שלהם". מדובר בהתנהלות לא ברורה ומטרידה.

בסך הכול – יש פוטנציאל לדירה, אך בפועל נדרש שיפור משמעותי בניקיון, תחזוקה, אמינות, כיבוד פרטיות האורחים והפסקת פניות לא תקינות לאחר ביקורת. לא ממליצים.
