Ok hotel not worth the 4 stars
Pros:

The staff are warm and nice. Rooms are moderately well-kept, but they lack basic amenities.

Cons:

Upper management is incompetent because the hotel lacks the 4-star ambience and trappings. I need to mention that the gentleman at the front desk, most probably, on purpose addressed me as a Mr Perhaps it's because I am a transgender woman.
The restaurant always forgets to send cutlery with the food. It really fascinates me that this happens inside a 4-star hotel.

Not worthy of a three star.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The young lady at reception had no clue what was what. The room had no hot water, drawer knobs were missing, and only half a roll of toilet paper was available. In-room dining either wouldn't take calls or would take ages to answer. I had to go down myself to order lunch and breakfast, as there was no answer from in-room dining. The order was messed up. They did not have basic breakfast items such as sausages or bacon. I asked for an omelette, and I was sent three hard-boiled eggs. No proper cutlery. The only good review I would give is for the bell boy and the waiters and waitresses. The management staff were arrogant and would disassociate themselves. My room nummber was 110.

Good Resort, but needs improvement
Pros:

Room was good and clean, they also provided an extra bedding which was comfortable. The staff was courteous but need some more training to work and accommodate guest under pressure situations

Cons:

The location was on highway and due to an ongoing destination wedding the staff were completely busy. Also the next morning when we asked for Black Tea, the staff flatly refused to provide the same and the tone was also not good
